Mitsubishi Galant

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

2. At a corresponding complete set of the car make deactivation of a pillow of safety (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head).
3. Remove a steering wheel (see Has undressed Removal and steering wheel installation).
4. On models Diamante remove the handle отпускания the cowl lock.
5. Dismantle the knee emphasis located under a steering column. Remove the top and bottom sections of a casing of a steering column.
6. On models Diamante if it is required, remove knee having blown and a sleeve of giving of air in a foot well, then accurately disconnect electroconducting from assemblage подрулевого the combined switch.
7. On models Mirage disconnect all electroconducting, release a clamp and remove assemblage подрулевого the switch.
8. On models Galant at a corresponding complete set turn out four screws of fastening to assemblage подрулевого the switch of a sliding contact ring темпостата. Turn out two fixing screws and remove the switch.

1. Establish switch assemblage on the regular place and connect to it corresponding electroconducting, - track reliability защелкивания all provided clamps.
2. Establish sections of a casing of a steering column and a knee emphasis.
3. If removed, establish into place a sleeve of giving of air in a foot well and knee having blown.
4. Make sure, that forward wheels of the car remain in rectilinear position and establish into place a steering wheel (see Has undressed Removal and steering wheel installation).
5. Connect a negative wire to the battery and turn the ignition key in position ON, - on an instrument guard control lamp SRS should join for seven seconds.
6. Check up serviceability of functioning подрулевого the switch.
