Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The scheme of installation of the inlet pipeline on engines of 1.5 l is presented on an illustration.
2. At work with power supply system components observe all taken measures of fire safety. Do not smoke! Do not come nearer to a place of work with open fire or the redurable not protected by a lamp shade! Do not make system service in the premises equipped working on natural gas and heating devices equipped with a control torch (such as водогреи and dryers for clothes). Do not forget, that gasoline is among cancerogenic substances, i.e., - the substances promoting development of a cancer! Try not to suppose fuel hit on open sites of a body, use rubber protective gloves, at casual unforeseen contact to fuel carefully wash out hands warm water with soap. Immediately collect the spilt fuel and do not put the rags impregnated with PETROLEUM PRODUCTS near to sources of open fire. Remember that the power supply system equipped with injection of fuel of models constantly is under pressure. Before to start a detachment of fuel lines, dump residual pressure in system. At service of components of the power supply system put on goggles. Constantly hold near at hand the class fire extinguisher In!
3. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action! Dump pressure in the power supply system (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).

Remember that gasoline is extremely an inflammable liquid! Empty cooling system.

In order to avoid reception of burns, start performance of the given work only after definitive cooling of system! Do not suppose antifreeze hit on open sites of a body and the painted surfaces of the car. Casually got splashes immediately wash off plentiful quantity of water. Remember that antifreeze is extremely a toxic liquid and its hit in an organism even in small amounts is fraught with the most serious consequences (up to a lethal outcome). Never leave antifreeze stored in leaky closed container and immediately collect cooling liquid spilt on a floor. Remember that the sweetish smell of antifreeze can draw to itself attention of children and animals. About ways recyclings of the fulfilled cooling liquid consult at any station of car-care centre. In many regions of the world special points on reception of a various sort of working off are equipped. At all do not merge an old cooling liquid in the water drain and on the earth!

4. Disconnect top радиаторный a hose, a hose of a heater and перепускной a hose of a water path.
5. Remove from the inlet pipeline a thermostat casing (see Has undressed Removal and thermostat installation).
6. Disconnect a gas cable, a branch pipe сапуна and an inlet air line.
7. Disconnect all stirring to performance of forthcoming procedure vacuum hoses and tubes, including a line of the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
8. Remove assemblage of the case of a throttle.
9. Disconnect lines of giving and fuel return.
10. Mark and disconnect electroconducting from the oxygen gauge, the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid, the gauge of temperature of soaked up air (IAT), assemblages of management by turns of idling and the gauge of temperature EGR. Also disconnect ВВ wires from spark plugs and a distributor cover.
11. Remove a fuel highway in gathering with injectors, a regulator of pressure of fuel and изоляционные plugs.
12. Remove from the inlet pipeline valve EGR.
13. Remove a basic arm of the inlet pipeline and an arm of a support of a suspension bracket of the power unit.
14. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assemblage of the inlet pipeline.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the inlet pipeline and a head of cylinders, completely having removed with them traces of hermetic and fragments of a material of an old lining. Make sure of passableness of water and air channels, - in case of need make their procleaning. In summary wipe interfaced surfaces the rags moistened in acetone.
2. By means of a planeness measuring instrument (an edge of a steel ruler) and щупа лезвийного type estimate degree неплоскостности an interfaced surface of the inlet pipeline (Specifications see), in case of need give the pipeline in проточку.
3. Lay on an interfaced surface of a head of cylinders a new sealing lining, from above press assemblage of the inlet pipeline. Screw fixing bolts and, moving to a diagonal order from within outside, in regular intervals tighten them with demanded effort (18 H•м).
4. Establish a basic arm of the inlet pipeline, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (22 H•м).
5. Establish an arm of a support of a suspension bracket of the power unit, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (36 H•м).
20 Having replaced a sealing lining, establish valve EGR, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (21 H•м).
6. Having replaced изоляционные plugs and sealing rings, establish on the engine a fuel highway with injectors and a pressure regulator. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (10 14 H•м).
7. Connect electroconducting to the oxygen gauge, gauges of temperature of a cooling liquid, IAT and EGR and assemblage of management by idling turns. Connect ВВ wires to spark plugs and to the distributor.
8. Having replaced, accordingly, a sealing ring and a fixing collar, restore initial connection of lines of giving and fuel return.
9. Establish the throttle case.
10. Connect vacuum hoses and tubes (including a hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes).
11. Connect (and adjust) a gas cable, a branch pipe сапуна and an inlet air inlet.
12. Having replaced a lining, establish on the inlet pipeline thermostat assemblage (see Has undressed Removal and thermostat installation). Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (18 H•м).
13. Connect top радиаторный a hose, a heating hose and перепускной a hose of a water path. Track reliability of fixing of hoses fixing collars.
14. Fill in in cooling system necessary quantity of a mix of a demanded grade (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
15. Connect a negative wire to the battery, start the engine and warm up it to normal working temperature (the thermostat should work). Check up level of a cooling liquid in a radiator, in case of need make corresponding updating (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
16. Check up installations of turns of idling and a corner of an advancing of ignition, in case of need make necessary updatings (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance). Wait cooling of the engine and once again check up level of a cooling liquid.


Engines of 1.8 l

Removal

7. Disconnect all stirring to performance of forthcoming procedure vacuum hoses and tubes, including lines of the vacuum amplifier of brakes and system PCV.
8. Disconnect top радиаторный a hose, a hose of a heater and перепускной a hose of a water path.
9. Disconnect lines of giving and fuel return.
10. Remove a fuel highway in gathering with injectors, a regulator of pressure of fuel and изоляционные plugs.
11. Remove a basic arm of the inlet pipeline.
12. In case of need, if stirs, remove from the pipeline a thermostat casing.
13. Give fixing bolts/nuts and remove assemblage of the inlet pipeline.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the inlet pipeline and a head of cylinders, completely having removed with them traces of hermetic and fragments of a material of an old lining. 7. Having replaced, accordingly, a sealing ring and a fixing collar, restore initial connection of lines of giving and fuel return.
8. Connect top радиаторный a hose, a heating hose and перепускной a hose of a water path. Track reliability of fixing of hoses fixing collars.
9. Connect vacuum hoses and tubes (including lines of the vacuum amplifier of brakes and system PCV).
10. Connect electroconducting to TPS and to fuel injectors, restore grounding.
11. To the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid and EGR, to assemblage of management by turns of idling and the gauge-switch
12. Connect electroconducting to the oxygen gauge, gauges of temperature of a cooling liquid and EGR, to assemblage of management by turns of idling and the gauge-switch of pressure of oil. Connect ВВ wires to spark plugs and to the distributor.
13. Connect (and adjust) a cable of gas and an inlet air inlet.
14. Fill in in cooling system necessary quantity of a mix of a demanded grade (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
15. Connect a negative wire to the battery, start the engine and warm up it to normal working temperature (the thermostat should work). Check up level of a cooling liquid in a radiator, in case of need make corresponding updating (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
16. Check up installations of turns of idling and a corner of an advancing of ignition, in case of need make necessary updatings (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
17. Wait cooling of the engine and once again check up level of a cooling liquid.


Engines of 2.0 l SOHC

Mark and disconnect electroconducting from the oxygen gauge, the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid, assemblage of management by turns of idling, the gauge of temperature EGR and injectors of injection of fuel. Also disconnect ВВ wires from spark plugs and a distributor cover. Take aside a plait of electroconducting of the engine.
9. Having marked landing position on the inlet pipeline, remove distributor assemblage.
10. Remove a basic arm of the inlet pipeline and an elevating eye of the power unit.
11. In case of need, if stirs, remove from the pipeline a thermostat casing.
12. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assemblage of the inlet pipeline. On a workbench dismantle assemblage, having removed with the pipeline the delivery chamber.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the inlet pipeline and a head of cylinders, completely having removed with them traces of hermetic and fragments of a material of an old lining. Make sure of passableness of water and air channels, - in case of need make their procleaning. In summary wipe interfaced surfaces the rags moistened in acetone.
2. Establish on the inlet pipeline the delivery chamber. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (15 19 H•м).
3. Lay on an interfaced surface of a head of cylinders a new sealing lining, from above press assemblage of the inlet pipeline. Screw fixing bolts and, moving to a diagonal order from within outside, in regular intervals tighten them with demanded effort (15 19 H•м).
4. Establish on the engine a fuel highway with injectors and a pressure regulator. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (6 H•м).
5. If removed, establish into place a thermostat casing.
6. Establish a basic arm of the inlet pipeline and an elevating eye of the power unit.
7. Restore initial connection of all lines of communication and electroconducting.
8. Achieving combination of the landing labels put in the course of dismantle, establish on the regular place the ignition distributor.
9. Fill in in cooling system necessary quantity of a mix of a demanded grade (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
10. Connect a negative wire to the battery, start the engine and warm up it to normal working temperature (the thermostat should work). Check up level of a cooling liquid in a radiator, in case of need make corresponding updating (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).

9. Remove a basic arm of the inlet pipeline.
10. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assemblage of the inlet pipeline. In case of need transfer the pipeline on a workbench and make its dismantling.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the inlet pipeline and a head of cylinders, completely having removed with them traces of hermetic and fragments of a material of an old lining. Make sure of passableness of water and air channels, - in case of need make their procleaning. In summary wipe interfaced surfaces the rags moistened in acetone.
2. In case of need, having replaced linings, collect the pipeline.
3. Lay on an interfaced surface of a head of cylinders a new sealing lining, from above press assemblage of the inlet pipeline. Screw fixing bolts and, moving to a diagonal order from within outside, in regular intervals tighten them with demanded effort (15 20 H•м).
4. Establish on the engine a fuel highway with injectors and a pressure regulator. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (6 H•м).
5. Establish a basic arm of the inlet pipeline, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (18 25 H•м).
6. Restore initial connection of all lines of communication and electroconducting.
7. Fill in in cooling system necessary quantity of a mix of a demanded grade (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
8. Connect a negative wire to the battery, start the engine and warm up it to normal working temperature (the thermostat should work). Check up level of a cooling liquid in a radiator, in case of need make corresponding updating (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).

8. Preliminary having marked, disconnect ВВ electroconducting from spark plugs.

9. Remove a basic arm of the inlet pipeline.

5. Disconnect cables of a drive throttle заслонки from the throttle case.
6. Mark and disconnect vacuum hoses, including a hose of the brake amplifier.
7. Mark and disconnect stirring to performance of procedure electroconducting.
8. Disconnect lines of giving and fuel return. Remove directing arms of a cable of a drive throttle заслонки.
9. Disconnect tube EGR and remove from assemblage of the delivery chamber of the inlet pipeline valve EGR and the gauge of temperature EGR.
10. At a corresponding complete set remove gauge MAR.
11. Remove a basic arm of the delivery chamber.
12. Give fixing bolts and nuts and remove the delivery chamber from the inlet pipeline. The lining is subject to replacement without fail!
13. Remove the top cover of drive ГРМ.
14. Remove a basic arm of the water pump.
15. Remove a fuel highway with injectors.
16. Disconnect from the inlet pipeline hoses охладительного a path, - try to remember routes of a lining and an order of connection of hoses.
17. Give fixing nuts and remove the inlet pipeline from the engine.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of the inlet pipeline, the delivery chamber and heads of cylinders, completely having removed with them traces of hermetic and fragments of a material of an old lining. Make sure of passableness of water and air channels, - in case of need make their procleaning. In summary wipe interfaced surfaces the rags moistened in acetone.
2. Check up surfaces on presence of cracks, estimate their degree неплоскостности (Specifications see). Faulty components replace.
3. Lay on interfaced surfaces of heads of cylinders new sealing linings (the sticky party upwards).
4. Establish assemblage of the inlet pipeline on a regular place.
5. Slightly oil hairpins and screw fixing nuts.
6. Tighten fixture with demanded effort (Specifications see).
7. Connect to the inlet pipeline hoses охладительного a path and fix their new collars.
8. Having replaced sealing rings, establish into place assemblage of a fuel highway. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (10 13 H•м).
9. Having replaced a sealing lining, establish the delivery chamber and tighten elements of its fixture (bolt/nut) with demanded effort (18 H•м).
10. Establish a basic arm and tighten bolts of its fastening with demanded effort (18 H•м).
11. If removed, establish into place gauge MAR.
12. Having replaced a lining, establish valve EGR, screw also fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (22 H•м).
13. Establish the gauge of temperature EGR and tighten it штуцерный a socket with effort 10 12 H•м.
14. Connect tube EGR and tighten it штуцерные sockets with effort 60 H•м.
15. Having replaced a sealing ring, connect a tube of giving of fuel. Tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort (5 H•м).
16. Connect a line of return of fuel and fix it on the union by means of a new collar.
17. Establish a basic arm of the water pump.
18. Establish the top covers of drive ГРМ.
19. Restore initial connection of electroconducting and vacuum hoses.
20. Connect and adjust cables of a drive throttle заслонки.
21. Establish to the place of an inlet air line ().
22. Fill in in cooling system necessary quantity of a mix of a demanded grade (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
23. Connect a negative wire to the battery, start the engine and warm up it to normal working temperature (the thermostat should work). Check up level of a cooling liquid in a radiator, in case of need make corresponding updating (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
24. Check up installations of turns of idling and a corner of an advancing of ignition, in case of need make necessary updatings (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
