1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

2. In case of need remove an air inlet sleeve.

3. In case of need liberate from intermediate clamps a cable of a drive throttle заслонки.

4. At a corresponding complete set disconnect from a cover of a head of cylinders a ventilating branch pipe.

5. Remove from a cover valve PCV with the hose connected to it.

6. On models 1.6 of l and 2.6 l (DOHC) remove a protective cover of plait ВВ of electroconducting.
7. Mark and disconnect from spark plugs ВВ of a wire, take aside a plait of wires with separators. 8. Give three fixing bolts and remove the top cover газораспределительного a belt.

9. Moving outside inside, turn out bolts of fastening of a cover of a head of cylinders.

10. Remove a cover from a head of cylinders and separate from it a sealing lining.

1. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of a cover and a head of cylinders.
2. Establish on a cover of a head of cylinders new sealing linings/rings (depending on a complete set).
3. Lay a cover on a head of cylinders, screw and, moving from the centre to edges, tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort (Specifications see).
4. Connect to a cover of a head of cylinders a branch pipe сапуна.
5. Establish on the regular place plait ВВ of electroconducting with dividing arms (separators), connect wires to spark plugs.
6. On models 1.6 of l and 2.0 l (DOHC) establish into place a protective cover of plait ВВ of electroconducting.
7. Establish on the regular place an air inlet.
8. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
9. Start the engine and check up it on serviceability of functioning and presence of signs of development of leaks from under a cover of a head of cylinders.

2. Remove the top section of the inlet pipeline (see Has undressed Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline).
3. On models 3.0 of l DOHC remove a protective cover of plait ВВ of electroconducting.
4. Disconnect ВВ wires from spark plugs.
5. Disconnect tubes of system of ventilation картера from covers of both heads of cylinders.
6. Give fixing nuts of clamps and disconnect a plait of electroconducting of the engine from covers of both heads. Shift plaits aside.
7. Turn out bolts and hairpins of fastening of covers of heads of cylinders.
8. Remove both covers.

1. Carefully smooth out an interfaced surface of heads of cylinders and their covers.
2. Establish on covers new sealing linings.
3. Lay covers on heads of cylinders (everyone on the).

4. Screw fixing bolts and hairpins and, in strictly certain order, tighten them with demanded effort (Specifications see).

5. Lay on a place a plait of electroconducting of the engine and tighten fixture of intermediate clamps.
6. Connect to covers of heads of cylinders branch pipes of system of ventilation картера.
7. Establish into place separators ВВ of electroconducting, connect ВВ wires to spark plugs.
8. On engines of 3.0 l DOHC establish into place a protective cover of plait ВВ of electroconducting.
9. Establish the top section of the inlet pipeline (see Has undressed Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline).
10. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
11. Start the engine and check up it on serviceability of functioning and presence of signs of development of leaks from under covers of heads of cylinders.
