1. Details of installation of a back epiploon of a cranked shaft are shown on an illustration.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

3. Remove transmission.
4. Remove assemblage of a flywheel/privodnogo of a disk (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a flywheel/privodnogo of a disk).
5. Remove a back plate and a transmission dome.
6. If leaks through a casing of a back epiploon take place, remove a casing. If the casing is perfectly in order, simply take from it an epiploon.

On some engines the separator which also is subject to removal is in addition established.

1. Grease internal sponges of a new epiploon with pure impellent oil.
2. By means of the special adaptation of type MD998376 запрессуйте an epiploon in a casing against the stop, - track, that the epiploon has not appeared is overwound. At a corresponding complete set plant in a casing a separator (an oil aperture downwards).
3. Put hermetic on an interfaced surface, replace a sealing lining and establish an epiploon casing on the block.
4. Establish assemblage of a flywheel/privodnogo of a disk and transmission.
5. Connect a negative wire to the battery. Start the engine and check up it on presence of signs of development of leaks.
6. Check up level of impellent oil. In case of need make corresponding updating (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
