13. Disconnect electroconducting from the distributor of ignition, injectors of injection of fuel and the power transistor. Remove the grounding tyre.
14. Disconnect electroconducting of a control system by the engine.
15. Remove a clamp of fastening of a hose of system of hydrostrengthening of a wheel (ГУР) on an arm of a support of a suspension bracket of the power unit.
16. Prop up the engine тележечным a jack (for loading distribution lay between a head of a jack and the pallet картера wooden брусок). Cock a jack, completely having unloaded a support of a suspension bracket of the power unit, then release fixture and remove a support arm.
17. Remove a cover of a head of cylinders.
18. Remove the top cover of drive ГРМ.

24. Operating strictly in a certain order, in three steps, release bolts of fastening of a head.

25. Remove a head from the block of cylinders.

1. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders, completely having removed with them traces of hermetic and a material of an old lining. In summary wipe surfaces the rags moistened in acetone.
2. Lay on the block a new sealing lining (identification marks upwards).

The lining keeps within dry, without application of any hermetics.

3. Accurately establish a head on the block. Screw fixing bolts and, it is strict in a certain order, in some stages, tighten them with demanded effort (Specifications see).

4. Having replaced a lining, connect a reception pipe to a final collector.
5. Establish a back cover of drive ГРМ.
6. Having achieved correct combination of adjusting labels, establish into place a camshaft cogwheel. Screw a fixing bolt and tighten it with demanded effort (70 H•м). Adjust effort of a tension газораспределительного a belt, then establish an external cover of drive ГРМ.
7. Establish into place a cover of a head of cylinders. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (1.8 H•м).
8. Establish an arm of a support of a suspension bracket of the power unit, lower a jack and take it from under the car.
9. Establish a clamp of fastening of hose ГУР on an arm of a support of a suspension bracket of the power unit.
10. Connect electroconducting to gauges SKR, СМР, О2, eats, ТР, IAT and temperatures EGR, and also to приводному to the electromotor of actuation mechanism ISC.
11. Connect electroconducting to the ignition distributor, injectors of injection of fuel and the power transistor. Restore initial connection of the tyre of grounding.
12. Connect burn down electroconductings of a control system by the engine.
13. Having replaced sealing rings, connect lines of giving and fuel return.
14. Establish air cleaner assemblage. Connect a branch pipe сапуна.
15. Fill in in the engine a fresh cooling liquid (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
16. Connect a negative wire to the battery.

7. Establish a camshaft cogwheel, block it from проворачивания a suitable key, then screw a fixing bolt and tighten it with demanded effort (90 H•м). Track correctness of combination of adjusting labels.
8. Establish the top cover of a drive газораспределительного a belt and a cover of a head of cylinders. Bolts of fastening of last tighten with effort 3 H•м.
9. For the purpose of simplification of installation of a casing of the thermostat ослабьте a bolt of fastening of the water pump.
10. On interfaced to a casing of the thermostat a surface of a water branch pipe impose a pillow of hermetic of type MD97389.
11. Having moistened with water, establish a new sealing ring of a branch pipe of release of water, then press a thermostat casing to the last. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (22 H•м).
12. Connect electroconducting to gauges O2, ECT (and a temperature measuring instrument), temperatures EGR, TPS and detonations, and also to приводному to motor IAC and injectors of injection of fuel.
13. Connect top радиаторный a hose to a thermostat casing.
14. Connect to the case of a throttle a gas cable.
15. Connect the gauge-switch of pressure of impellent oil.

3. Remove an air inlet sleeve.
4. Disconnect a cable of gas and remove its basic arm.
5. Disconnect a line of giving of fuel (a high pressure line), remove a sealing ring.
6. Disconnect from a head of cylinders / the inlet pipeline top радиаторный a hose, перепускной a hose охладительного a path and a heater hose.
7. Disconnect a vacuum line from assemblage of the servo-driver of the brake amplifier.
8. Remove a line of return of fuel.
9. Mark and disconnect the vacuum hoses laid under the inlet pipeline. Also disconnect from a cover of a head of cylinders hose PCV.
10. Mark and disconnect ВВ wires from a cover of the distributor of ignition.
11. Mark and disconnect all other electroconducting, including brought to the distributor and injectors of injection of fuel.

Pay attention, that some wires should be disconnected from a partition of an impellent compartment. After all sockets will be расстыкованы, turn out fixture of basic arms of a plait of electroconducting of a control system and take away last aside.

12. Release a collar of fastening of hoses of central airs and wheel hydrostrengthening on the top part of an arm of the left support of a suspension bracket of the power unit. Not disconnecting, take hoses aside.
13. Prop up the engine тележечным a jack (for the purpose of loading distribution lay between a head of a jack and the engine pallet wooden брусок). Cock a jack, completely having unloaded support of the power unit, however not lifting last.
14. Turn out a through bolt of the left support of the unit (in case of need поварьируйте position of a jack for the purpose of simplification of extraction of a bolt). After extraction of a through bolt, give the remained fixture and remove a basic arm from the engine.
15. Remove a cover of a head of cylinders and its sealing lining. Remove from a head of cylinders a semiring stopper.
16. Remove the top cover газораспределительного a belt. Having turned a cranked shaft clockwise, achieve combination of all provided adjusting labels, - the engine should appear in position ВМТ of the end of a step of compression of the piston of the first cylinder.
17. Turn out a fixing bolt and remove a camshaft cogwheel, with the gear belt of drive ГРМ fixed on it, - lay assemblage on the bottom section of a forward cover.

Try not to admit проворачивания a cranked shaft at removed газораспределительном a belt!

18. Give самоконтрящиеся nuts and turn out a small bolt of fastening of a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases to a final collector. Separate a pipe from a collector and remove a sealing lining.
19. Turn out bolts of fastening of a basic arm to the bottom part of the inlet pipeline.

20. Operating in strictly certain order, with the help шестигранного a key (МВ 998051-01) in two-three receptions ослабьте bolts of fastening of a head, then turn out them manually.

21. Having shaken here and there or обстучав on perimetre a hammer with soft brisk, separate a head from the block.

At all пытайте to hook the "become attached" head the lever under an interfaced surface, - in case of need обстучите it on perimetre a hammer through wooden брусок.

22. Remove a head in gathering with the inlet pipeline / the delivery chamber and a final collector, - in case of need take advantage of the help of the assistant. Transfer assemblage on a workbench and lay on pair wooden blocks. In case of need make head dismantle. 23. Before installation the head should is completely collected on a workbench that gives a guarantee of correctness of installation and fastening of each of established components.

6. Having replaced a sealing lining, connect to a final collector a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases. Screw new самоконтрящиеся fixing nuts and tighten them with demanded effort (35 H•м).
7. Make sure, that the camshaft was not turned, then establish on it a cogwheel in gathering with a gear belt. Screw a fixing bolt and tighten it with effort 91 H•м.
8. Establish the top cover газораспределительного a belt. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (11 H•м).
9. Grease with hermetic contact surfaces of a semiring stopper and establish last on the regular place in a head of cylinders. Having replaced a lining, establish a cover of a head of cylinders.
10. Establish on the engine a support arm подвеса the power unit, tighten fixing elements (болтовые steams) with demanded effort (57 H•м).
11. Having worked as a jack, achieve combination of apertures in a support under installation of a through bolt. Establish a bolt and strongly tighten nuts.
12. Slowly lower a jack, completely having transferred unit weight on a support, then tighten a through bolt of last with effort 71 H•м. Tighten a small counternut with effort 36 H•м.
13. Establish from above on a support arm assembly скобу fastenings of hoses of central airs of air and wheel hydrostrengthening.
14. Get on the regular place burn down electrocontrol runs. Screw and tighten fixing bolts. Restore initial connection of electroconducting, having tracked correctness of its lining and reliability of fixing of a socket.
15. Connect candle wires to a cover of the distributor of ignition.
16. Connect vacuum hoses and hose PCV.
17. Connect a line of return of fuel. Connect a vacuum hose to assemblage of the servo-driver of the brake amplifier.
18. Establish a heater hose, перепускной a branch pipe of a water path and top радиаторный a hose, - track correctness of a lining of hoses (try not to admit twisting and excessive excesses) and reliability of fastening by their collars.
19. Having replaced a sealing ring, connect a line of giving of fuel to a fuel highway (before installation it is necessary to grease a ring slightly with pure gasoline). Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with effort not 6 H•м (not above).
20. Connect and adjust a gas cable.
21. Connect an air inlet sleeve.
22. Fill in in the engine a fresh cooling liquid (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
23. For the purpose of minimisation of risk of pollution of impellent oil make change of the last (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
24. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
25. Start the engine and check up it on presence of signs of development of leaks of working liquids and depression losses. Check up serviceability of functioning of an electric equipment, including an instrument guard and lighting devices.
26. In case of need make adjustment приводных belts and level of working liquids (a cooler and impellent oil).

4. Disconnect from the case of a throttle a gas cable.

Disconnect electroconducting from приводного the electromotor of system of stabilisation of turns of idling (ISC), the gauge of position throttle заслонки (TPS), the gauge of a corner of turn of a cranked shaft, the detonation gauge (model with a turbo-supercharging) and the gauge of temperature EGR (the Californian models), and also from injectors of injection of fuel, the power transistor and the filter of suppression of noise. Disconnect the tyre of grounding and a plait of electroconducting of the engine.
8. Remove top радиаторный a hose and переливную a tube.
9. Remove the central cover of protection ВВ of electroconducting and disconnect wires from spark plugs.
10. Disconnect (and at once закупорьте) a line of giving of fuel.
11. Disconnect a small vacuum hose.
12. Remove a hose of a heater and перепускной a hose of a water path.
13. Remove hose PCV.
14. On models with a turbo-supercharging remove vacuum hoses and lines of a water path, then turn out a hollow bolt штуцерного connections and disconnect from assemblage турбокомпрессора маслопровод.
15. Disconnect (and at once закупорьте) a line of return of fuel.
16. Disconnect a vacuum hose of the brake amplifier.
17. Remove газораспределительный a belt.
18. Remove a cover of a head of cylinders and semicircular consolidation.
19. On models without a turbo-supercharging give самоконтрящиеся nuts and disconnect a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases from a final collector. Remove a sealing lining.
20. On models with a turbo-supercharging remove a metal thermofilter, then turn out bolts of fastening of assemblage турбокомпрессора to a final collector.

21. Operating strictly in a certain order, in three steps, release bolts of fastening of a head.

22. Remove from the block of cylinders a head and its sealing lining.

1. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders, completely having removed with them traces of hermetic and a material of an old lining. In summary wipe surfaces the rags moistened in acetone.
2. Check up a condition of a head and estimate its degree неплоскостности. Compare results of measurements to requirements of Specifications. In case of need give a head and-or the block in проточку.

In a course проточки from a head/block surface than 0.2 mm of metal should act in film no more.

3. Lay on the block a new sealing lining (identification marks upwards).

The lining keeps within dry, without application of any hermetics. On models of a corresponding complete set establish a lining and a sealing ring of assemblage турбокомпрессора.

4. Accurately establish a head on the block.

5. Screw fixing bolts and, it is strict in a certain order, in three steps, tighten them with demanded effort (90 ч 100 H•м for the cold engine). At check of effort of a tightening of fixture of a head on the hot engine control value makes 100 ч 110 H•м.

6. On models with a turbo-supercharging establish a thermofilter. On models without a turbo-supercharging replace a sealing lining and connect a reception pipe to a final collector.
7. Grease with hermetic perimetre of a semicircular sealing insert and bottom edges of semicircular sections of a new lining from a forward cover, then establish a cover of a head of cylinders.
8. Establish газораспределительный a belt with accompanying components.
9. Restore initial connection of communication and electric lines. Connect and adjust a cable () a drive throttle заслонки.
10. Establish the central cover of protection ВВ of electroconducting.
11. Having replaced sealing rings, connect both fuel lines.
12. Establish assemblage of an air cleaner with an air inlet. Connect a branch pipe сапуна.
13. Replace impellent oil and the oil filter.
14. Fill in in the engine a fresh cooling liquid (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
15. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
16. Start the engine and warm up it to normal working temperature (the thermostat should open), then modify in appropriate way level of a cooling liquid in a radiator.
17. Check up installations of turns of idling and a corner of an advancing of ignition. In case of need make corresponding updatings.
18. After definitive cooling of the engine once again check up level of a cooling liquid.

Disconnect electroconducting from the compressor of a central air of air, the gauge-switch of pressure of system of hydrostrengthening of a wheel (ГУР), the oxygen gauge (О2), the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid (ECT) and the gauge of a measuring instrument of temperature of the engine, the gauge of absolute pressure in the pipeline (MAP), the gauge of temperature of soaked up air (IAT), the gauge of position throttle заслонки (TPS), the gauge of position of a camshaft (CMP), electromagnetic valve EGR, the electromotor of a drive of the device of stabilisation of turns of idling (IAC), injectors of injection of fuel and the ignition coil.
10. Remove the central cover of protection ВВ of electroconducting and disconnect candle wires.

11. Disconnect hoses охладительного a path and отболтите a casing of the thermostat from the engine.

12. Remove the top cover газораспределительного a belt.
13. Achieve correct combination of all provided adjusting labels.
14. A wire fix газораспределительный a belt on a camshaft cogwheel, then remove the last.

19. Remove from the block of cylinders a head and its sealing lining.

1. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders, completely having removed with them traces of hermetic and a material of an old lining. In summary wipe surfaces the rags moistened in acetone.

2. Lay on the block a new sealing lining (identification marks upwards).

The lining keeps within dry, without application of any hermetics.

3. Estimate a condition of fixing bolts, replace the bolts which length exceeds value of 99.4 mm.
4. Before installation slightly grease a carving part of bolts with liquid lubricating oil. Under heads enclose washers (a facet outside).
5. Accurately establish a head on the block.

6. Screw fixing bolts and, it is strict in a certain order, in three steps, tighten them with demanded effort (78 H•м - Specifications see)

7. Replace a sealing lining and connect a reception pipe to a final collector. Tighten fixture with demanded effort (44 H•м).
8. Establish a thermostat casing. Screw three fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (24 H•м).
9. Connect to the thermostat hoses охладительного a path.
10. Grease with hermetic perimetre of a semicircular sealing insert and bottom edges of semicircular sections of a new lining from a forward cover, then establish a cover of a head of cylinders.
11. Establish газораспределительный a belt with accompanying components.

On forget to untie a belt from a camshaft cogwheel.

12. Restore initial connection of communication and electric lines. Connect and adjust a cable () a drive throttle заслонки.
13. Establish the top cover газораспределительного a belt.
14. Establish on the inlet pipeline a basic arm, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (30 H•м).
15. Connect electroconducting to gauges O2, ECT, MAP, IAT, TPS and CMP, and also to compressor K/V, the gauge-switch of pressure ГУР, приводному to motor IAC, injection injectors, the coil of ignition and electromagnetic valve EGR.
16. Connect ВВ electroconducting and establish a protective cover of candle wires.
17. Having replaced sealing rings, connect fuel lines.
18. Establish an air cleaner with an air inlet. Connect a branch pipe сапуна.
19. Fill in in the engine a fresh cooling liquid (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
20. Connect a negative wire to the battery.

1. Dump pressure in the power supply system.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

3. Empty cooling system.

17. Remove a head and its sealing lining.

5. Having replaced a sealing ring, connect to a head a branch pipe of an admission of water. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (12 ч 15 H•м).
6. Having replaced sealing linings, establish on the regular place a thermostat casing. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with effort 17 ч 20 H•м.
7. Connect to the thermostat hoses охладительного a path and reliably fix their new collars.
8. Establish the ignition coil, having tightened bolts of its fastening with demanded effort (10 H•м).
9. Establish a back cover of drive ГРМ, - the demanded effort of a tightening of bolts of a cover makes 24 H•м.
10. Establish cogwheels of an inlet camshaft.
Screw a fixing bolt and tighten it with demanded effort (90 H•м).

11. Grease with hermetic bottom edges of a cover of a head of cylinders. Screw fixing bolts and, operating strictly in a certain order, in regular intervals tighten them with demanded effort (5 ч 6 H•м).

12. Connect candle wires and establish the central cover of protection ВВ of electroconducting. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (3 H•м).
13. Connect a branch pipe сапуна.
14. Establish газораспределительный a belt (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a cover of drive ГРМ and газораспределительного a belt).
15. Establish assemblage of a final collector (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a final collector).
16. Having replaced sealing linings, establish assemblage of the inlet pipeline with the delivery chamber (see Has undressed Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline).
17. Establish sleeves of air inlets.
18. Make replacement of impellent oil and the oil filter (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
19. Fill in in the engine a fresh cooling liquid (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
20. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
21. Adjust a gas cable.
22. Start the engine, warm up it to normal working temperature and check up installations of turns of idling and a corner of an advancing of ignition. In case of need make corresponding updatings.
23. After definitive cooling of the engine once again check up level of a cooling liquid.
