6. Remove an arm of a forward support of a suspension bracket of the power unit and belts of a drive of auxiliary units.
7. Remove the top and bottom sections of a cover of drive ГРМ.
8. Remove газораспределительный a belt (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a cover of drive ГРМ and газораспределительного a belt) and a cogwheel of a cranked shaft.
9. Remove the pallet картера (see Has undressed Removal and pallet installation картера the engine) and маслозаборник with the mesh filter (do not forget about linings).
10. Turn out bolts of fastening of a forward cover (case) the pump, - pay attention, that bolts have various length and at assemblage should be established strictly on the former places.
11. Remove pump assemblage.
12. Remove a back cover of pump assemblage.
13. Take from the pump case internal and external rotors.

1. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of components of pump assemblage and the engine block, completely having removed with them traces of old hermetic. In summary wipe surfaces the rags moistened in acetone.
2. Plentifully grease both rotors of the pump with pure impellent oil and lay them in the case of pump assemblage, having tracked for observance of correctness of a direction of rotation of components.
3. Establish a back cover of the pump. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (10 H•м).
4. Grease with impellent oil components редукционного the valve and establish them in a demanded order on the regular place. Screw заглушку and tighten it with demanded effort (45 H•м).
5. Replace a forward epiploon of a cranked shaft, plentifully having greased sealing sponges of a new element with pure impellent oil.
6. Having replaced a lining, establish pump assemblage on the engine block. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (14 H•м).
7. Establish маслозаборник with the mesh filter, - tighten fixing bolts with effort 19 H•м.
8. Establish into place the pallet картера (see Has undressed Removal and pallet installation картера the engine).
9. Establish a cogwheel of a cranked shaft and газораспределительный a belt (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a cover of drive ГРМ and газораспределительного a belt). Establish covers of drive ГРМ. Establish приводные belts and an arm of a forward support of a suspension bracket of the power unit.
10. Fill in in the engine fresh impellent oil of a corresponding grade, correct image having modified its level.
11. Connect a negative wire to the battery. Start the engine and check up it on presence of signs of development of leaks.

2. Result the engine in position ВМТ of the end of a step of compression of the piston of the first cylinder.

5. Remove an arm of a forward support of a suspension bracket of the power unit and belts of a drive of auxiliary units.
6. Remove the top and bottom sections of a cover of drive ГРМ.
7. Remove газораспределительный a belt (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a cover of drive ГРМ and газораспределительного a belt) and a cogwheel of a cranked shaft.
8. Disconnect electroconducting and remove the gauge of a measuring instrument of pressure of oil.
9. Remove полнопоточный the oil filter and its basic arm.
10. Remove the pallet картера (see Has undressed Removal and pallet installation картера the engine) and маслозаборник with the mesh filter, - do not forget to remove also sealing linings.

11. By means of special adaptation MD998162 take заглушку from a forward cover of the engine.

12. Turn out a stopper from a wall of the block of the engine, - into the released aperture for the purpose of fixing of a balancing shaft enter крестовую a screw-driver with a sting in diameter of 8 mm.

13. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a conducted gear wheel of the pump to a balancing shaft.
14. Turn out bolts of fastening of a forward cover of pump assemblage.

In case of need the balancing shaft can be taken together with a pump cover.

15. Remove the cover of the pump located behind a forward cover of the engine. Take from pump assemblage leading and conducted gear wheels.

1. Carefully wash out and dry the removed components. Lay gear wheels in a forward casing of the pump and manually check up freedom of their rotation. Make sure of absence of regional deterioration of surfaces of covers contacting to gear wheels.
2. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of components of pump assemblage and the engine block, completely having removed with them traces of old hermetic. In summary wipe surfaces the rags moistened in acetone.

3. Achieve correct combination of adjusting labels, plant leading and conducted gear wheels on the regular places in forward section of the case of pump assemblage.

4. Establish a pump cover. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (18 H•м).
5. By means of approaching оправки plant in the forward case a new epiploon of a cranked shaft.
6. Lay a new lining of forward section of the case of pump assemblage. For the purpose of protection of an epiploon against damage plant on a forward pin of a cranked shaft directing adaptation MD998285, - slightly grease external edge directing with impellent oil.
7. Press forward section of pump assemblage to a lining, temporarily having tightened its fixing bolts.
8. Having replaced a lining, establish the oil filter on a basic arm. Screw fixing boats (do not forget to enclose a washer) and tighten them with demanded effort (19 H•м).
9. Having passed 8-millimetric крестовую a screw-driver in an aperture in the block, fix a balancing shaft.
10. Plant a leading gear wheel of the pump on a pin of the left balancing shaft and tighten a bolt of its fastening with effort 37 H•м.
11. Having planted in a flute on forward section of the case a new sealing ring, establish заглушку, having tightened it with effort 24 Н m by means of special head MD998162.
12. Having replaced a lining, establish into place маслозаборник.
13. Carefully having wiped interfaced surfaces and having imposed a hermetic pillow, establish the pallet картера on the engine block (see Has undressed Removal and pallet installation картера the engine). Fix the pallet holders, having tightened bolts of fastening of the last with effort 7 H•м.
14. Establish the block of a measuring instrument and the gauge-switch of pressure of oil, restore initial connection of electroconducting.
15. Establish into place маслоохладитель, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (43 H•м).

16. Definitively tighten bolts of fastening of forward section of the case of the pump with demanded effort.

17. Establish the new oil filter.
18. Fill in in the engine necessary quantity of engine oil of a demanded grade.
19. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
20. Check up pressure of oil and make sure of absence of signs of development of its leaks.

9. Turn out fixing bolts and remove the case of the oil pump.
10. Remove a cover of the oil pump.
11. Mark adjusting position of rotors, then take them from pump assemblage.
12. Take an epiploon of a cranked shaft from the landing nest in moulding of the case of the oil pump.

1. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of components of pump assemblage and the engine block, completely having removed with them traces of old hermetic. In summary wipe surfaces the rags moistened in acetone.
2. Plant a new epiploon of a cranked shaft in a reception nest in the case of the oil pump.
3. Grease rotors with pure impellent oil, achieve combination of adjusting labels, then plant components in the case of pump assemblage.
4. Establish a pump cover screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (10 H•м).
5. Impose on an interfaced surface of pump assemblage a pillow of hermetic in the thickness of 3 mm. Press the pump to the engine block, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (14 H•м).
6. Establish top маслоотражающую a plate and маслозаборник (do not forget to replace a lining). Tighten bolts of fastening of a plate with effort 10 H•м, маслозаборника - 18 H•м.
7. Plant bottom маслоотражающую a plate in the top section of the pallet картера. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (11 H•м).
8. Establish pallet sections картера on the engine block (see Has undressed Removal and pallet installation картера the engine).
9. Having replaced a lining, establish a transitive nozzle of the oil filter, - the big fixing bolts are tightened with effort 41 H•м, smaller - 23 H•м.
10. Establish газораспределительный a belt (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a cover of drive ГРМ and газораспределительного a belt) and covers of drive ГРМ.
11. Establish приводные belts and an arm of a forward support of a suspension bracket of the power unit.
12. Fill in in the engine fresh impellent oil of a corresponding grade, correct image having modified its level (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
13. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
14. Start the engine and check up it on presence of signs of development of leaks.
