9. Remove a basic arm of the steering pump.
10. Remove a basic arm of the generator.
11. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assemblage of the water pump, its sealing lining, and also a sealing ring штуцерного a socket (ов) a branch pipe of an admission of water.

Bolts of fastening of the water pump have various length, - try to remember an exact site of each of fixture elements.

1. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of assemblage of the water pump and the engine block, then wipe their rags moistened in acetone.
2. On l models 1.5 establish a new sealing ring in a reception flute on the forward party of a branch pipe of an admission of water.

The ring is established dry, without application of any oils or greasings! It is supposed to moisten slightly only a ring before planting by water.

3. On l models 1.8 impose on an interfaced surface of the pump a continuous pillow of hermetic in the thickness 2.5 ч 3.0 mm, then press pump assemblage to the engine, screw and tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort (24 H•м).

Pump installation should be made within no more than 15 minutes after hermetic drawing! Refuelling of system of cooling and engine start can be carried out after not less hour after pump installation!

4. On l models 1.5 establish assemblage of the water pump on the engine (do not forget to replace a sealing lining), screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (25 H•м), - try not to admit displacement of pump assemblage in the course of a fixture tightening.
5. Installation of the remained components is made in an order, the return to an order of their dismantle.
6. Fill in in system a fresh cooling liquid.
7. Connect the battery, start the engine, warm up it to normal working temperature and modify level of a cooling liquid in a radiator. Check up cooling system on presence of signs of development of leaks.
8. After engine cooling once again check up level of a cooling liquid.

11. Remove an intermediate roller of a belt of a drive of compressor K/V and its (roller) a basic arm.

12. Remove a basic arm of the generator.

13. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assemblage of the water pump, its sealing lining, and also a sealing ring штуцерного a socket (ов) a branch pipe of an admission of water.

2. Estimate a condition of blades of a rotor of the water pump, in case of revealing of signs of deterioration or damages replace pump assemblage.

3. Establish a new sealing ring in a reception flute on the forward party of a branch pipe of an admission of water.

Establish assemblage of the water pump on the engine (do not forget to replace a sealing lining), screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (bolts with marks 4 on a head - with effort 14 H•м, bolts with marks 7 - with effort 24 H•м), - try not to admit displacement of pump assemblage in the course of a fixture tightening.

5. Establish an arm of an intermediate roller of a belt of a drive of compressor K/V and a roller.
6. Establish gear belts of drive ГРМ and a balancing shaft (see Has undressed Removal and installation of a cover of drive ГРМ and газораспределительного a belt).
7. Establish belts of a drive of auxiliary units.
8. Establish an arm of a support of a suspension bracket of the power unit.
