Failed ГТЦ is subject to replacement. Manufacturers do not recommend to undertake attempt of carrying out of regenerative repair of the main brake cylinder.

The brake liquid is among aggressive chemical compounds and at contact with кузовными panels destroys a paint and varnish covering. Before to start procedure performance cover wings and the panel передка the car with special covers, or simply old blankets.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Details of installation of the main brake cylinder are shown on illustrations.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

3. Remove a plastic cover, by means of a syringe or a rubber pear pump out from tank GTTS as it is possible большее quantity of a brake liquid, then establish a cover into place.

4. Disconnect from ГТЦ and at once закупорьте brake lines.

5. Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge-switch of level of a brake liquid, release fixture and remove tank GTTS.

6. On models with РКПП remove a basic arm of the tank of the main hydraulic cylinder of coupling.
7. Give fixing nuts and remove ГТЦ from assemblage of the vacuum amplifier of brakes.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Execute adjustment of a backlash And between an end face of a rod of a pusher of the vacuum amplifier and a nest bottom in primary piston GTTS. The Rating value makes 0.65 ч 0.86 mm, at depth of depression in the amplifier 67 кПа the backlash will be reduced to 0.1 ч 0.3 mm.

2. Establish ГТЦ on assemblage of the vacuum amplifier of brakes. Screw fixing nuts and tighten them with demanded effort (10 H•м).
3. Establish into place and fix tank GTTS.
4. Connect to the tank hydraulic lines and electroconducting of the gauge of level of a brake liquid.
5. The further installation is made as it should be the return to an order of dismantle of components.
6. In summary fill in in the tank fresh brake liquid DOT 3, pump over a hydraulic path (the Section Prorolling of brake system see) and execute adjustment of a pedal of a foot brake (the Section Adjustment of a pedal of a foot brake see).
