1. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props. 2. Remove a corresponding wheel. 3. Remove the wheel gauge and, not disconnecting from it electroconducting, tie up it aside to suspension bracket elements (do not forget to liberate electroconducting from intermediate clamps).

Do not suppose contact of the acting sensitive gauge to a rotor teeth! |
4. Remove assemblage of a forward nave with a rotary fist.
5. Remove a nave from a rotary fist. 6. Clamp a nave in a vice with soft sponges, turn out fixing bolts and remove from assemblage a rotor of the wheel gauge. |

Installation
|
1. Establish a new rotor on ступичную assemblage. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (10 H•м).
2. Establish a nave on a rotary fist. 3. Establish assemblage of a rotary fist with a nave on the regular place. 4. Establish the wheel gauge. 5. Establish a wheel. 6. Lower the car on the earth. |

Removal
|

4. Remove ступичную assemblage. 5. Clamp a nave in a vice with soft sponges, turn out fixing bolts and remove from assemblage a rotor of the wheel gauge. |

Installation
|
1. Establish a new rotor on ступичную assemblage. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (10 H•м).
2. Establish ступичную assemblage on the regular place and fix its central nut, having tightened last with demanded effort (200 ÷ 260 H•м). Level a nut concerning a landing label and block.
3. Establish the wheel gauge. 4. Establish a wheel. 5. Lower the car on the earth. |

Removal

1. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props. 2. Remove a corresponding wheel. 3. Disconnect from a support a cable of a drive of a lay brake. 4. Remove the wheel gauge in gathering with a sealing ring and, not disconnecting from it electroconducting, tie up it aside to suspension bracket elements (do not forget to liberate electroconducting from intermediate clamps).

5. Remove a support and a disk of the brake mechanism. 6. Give three болтовых steams of fastening of the external end of a power shaft to a connecting flange. 7. Take a shaft aside and tie up its wire. 8. Give a fixing nut on the back end карданного a shaft, remove a washer. Block a nave from проворачивания by means of special tool MV9g67. 9. Remove a connecting flange from assemblage of a rotary fist. 10. By means of a stripper, приболченного to wheel hairpins, remove semiaxis assemblage. 11. Establish a power shaft on a press (MB9e60), it is reliable упрев a rotor cogwheel in a persistent plate. 12. Compressing a press, remove a rotor. |

Installation
|
1. Напрессуйте a rotor on полуось (a flute towards a flange). 2. Fill a power shaft in a rotary fist and establish into place a connecting flange.
37 Establish a lock washer and screw on a shaft pin new ступичную a nut. Tighten a nut with demanded effort (160 ÷ 220 H•м).
3. Develop a shaft in regular position and fix it болтовыми in steams, having tightened nuts of the last with demanded effort (61 H•м).
4. Establish to the place of a brake disk and a support. 5. Establish the wheel gauge, - do not forget to replace a sealing ring. 6. Connect to a support a cable of a drive of a lay brake. 7. Establish a wheel and lower the car on the earth. |
