3. Remove transmission assemblage (the Manual transmission see the Head).

4. Attentively examine surfaces of a flywheel and assemblage of a basket of coupling on marks presence (usually in the form of letters Х put by a white paint or). If to find out marks it is not possible, put it independently, unequivocally having marked position of a basket concerning a flywheel.

5. Operating in a diagonal order, in stages (on 1/4 turns for the approach) in regular intervals ослабьте bolts of fastening of a basket of coupling to a flywheel, completely having unloaded диафрагменную a spring. Reliably supporting assemblage, definitively turn out bolts, then separate a basket from a flywheel and remove knot from the car.

6. Release a clamp and remove assemblage выжимного the bearing.

It is not necessary to use solvent for washing выжимного the bearing!

7. Estimate a condition of a plug of deenergizing of coupling and its basic surfaces. In case of need remove a plug and turn out its spherical support from картера transmissions.
8. Attentively check up a condition of all removed components (see further), replace the worn out and damaged knots.

1. More often infringement of serviceability of functioning of coupling is interfaced to deterioration of frictional overlays of a conducted disk. Nevertheless, it is necessary to study attentively also a condition of all other components of assemblage.

If on a surface of components of assemblage there are oil traces (заполированные to shine sites), it is necessary to reveal and eliminate the leak reason, - check up a condition of a back epiploon of a cranked shaft and an epiploon of a primary shaft of a transmission, in case of need replace defective components.

2. Examine a working surface of a flywheel on presence of signs of deformation of cracks, traces of an overheat, furrows and other damages. Insignificant defects can be eliminated by проточки in the conditions of a car-care centre workshop (проточку it is recommended to make without dependence from a surface condition). 3. Check up a condition of the directing bearing (the Section Check of a condition and replacement of the directing bearing see).

4. Estimate degree of deterioration of frictional overlays of a conducted disk of coupling. The surface of overlays should tower over heads of rivets at least on 0.8 mm. Make sure of density of planting of all rivets, check up торсионные springs/dempfery on presence of cracks, traces of deformation and other mechanical damages. As already it was mentioned above, replacement of components of coupling it is reasonable to make each time at assemblage dismantle, therefore pay attention to the slightest errors.

5. Together with a conducted disk always it is replaced as well выжимной the bearing.
6. Estimate a condition of the processed surfaces of a press disk and petals диафрагменной springs. At revealing of defects replace basket assemblage. Traces of easy polishing can be removed by means of a fine-grained emery paper. Through firm car repair shops of company Mitsubishi always it is possible to get the restored assemblage of coupling on an exchange basis.

1. Establish on regular a spherical support of a plug of deenergizing of coupling and tighten it with demanded effort (35 H•м).
2. Establish a plug of deenergizing of coupling.
3. Grease with universal greasing basic and contact surfaces of a plug.
4. At a corresponding complete set with the same greasing grease a pusher of the executive cylinder of coupling and its reception nest in a deenergizing plug.
5. Fill refractory greasing in an internal flute выжимного the bearing, - try not to admit greasing hit on nonmetallic elements of assemblage.
6. Establish the bearing on the regular place and fix its clamp.
7. Before installation wipe surfaces of a flywheel exposed to machining and a press disk the rags moistened in acetone. It is extremely important to achieve full degreasing of working surfaces of components, no less than frictional overlays of a conducted disk. Touch components only with purely washed up hands.

8. Press basket assemblage (with the enclosed and fixed tool for a centering of components a conducted disk) to a flywheel. Track, that the coupling disk has appeared developed to a flywheel the marked corresponding marks (type “Flywheel side”) the party. If marks are absent, remember, that the conducted disk always is established торсионными by springs/dempferami to a transmission.

9. By hand tighten bolts of fastening of assemblage to a flywheel, - before вворачиванием it is necessary to grease a carving part of fixture with fixing hermetic.

10. Make a centering of components of assemblage of coupling. The special tool is passed through a nave of a conducted disk and refuels in directing bearing in an end face of a pin of a cranked shaft. For alignment of components move the tool every which way in vertical and horizontal planes.

11. In a diagonal order in stages densely tighten bolts of fastening of assemblage, then hold on them with demanded effort (19 H•м: models Galant 1994 ч 1998 of вып. And 22 H•м: other models). Take the tool for a centering of components of coupling.

12. Establish a transmission and all components acting in film for the purpose of providing of access. Track, that all fixture has been tightened with demanded effort.
13. Check up serviceability of functioning of coupling.
