Adjustment of a cable of a drive of coupling, removal and installation тросовой assemblages (models Mirage with тросовым a coupling drive)

The hydraulic drive of coupling used on other models does not require adjustment.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Measure height of position of a pedal of coupling (). Compare result of measurement to requirements of Specifications (162 ч 165 mm).

Adjustment of height of position of a pedal on the given models is not represented possible and in case of an exit of results of measurement for limits of an admissible range, pedal assemblage requires replacement.

2. Some times squeeze out a pedal of coupling and estimate size of its free course (till the moment of occurrence of resistance). If the result of measurement falls outside the limits an admissible range (17 ч 22 mm), make corresponding updating (see further).
3. Updating is made by rotation located on a partition of an impellent compartment of an adjusting nut of a cover of a cable.
4. Some times squeeze out a pedal of coupling and repeat check.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Ослабьте a cable rotation of an adjusting castor counter-clockwise.
2. Release cable clamps.
3. Take шплинт and disconnect a cable from an executive clutch lever on crankcase РКПП.
4. Disconnect a cable from a pedal of coupling and take it from the car, - try to remember a route of a lining of assemblage.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a cable on the car, having laid it according to fixed in the course of dismantle of assemblage by a route. Connect a cable to a pedal of coupling and the executive lever and fix its all provided clamps.

Fixing шплинт is subject to replacement without fail.

2. Grease all contact knots тросовой assemblages.
3. Make adjustment of a free course of a pedal (see above).
