Removal, check of a condition and installation выжимного the bearing and a plug of deenergizing of coupling

Remember that developed in the course of deterioration of frictional overlays of a conducted disk of coupling the dust can contain unhealthy asbestos. Do not blow off a dust the compressed air and try not to inhale it. Do not apply to rubbing of components of coupling solvents on an oil basis, - use only special brake cleaners or pure methyl spirit. The used rags before recycling put in tightly closed container.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove assemblage of the executive cylinder of coupling (see Has undressed Removal and installation of the executive cylinder of coupling).
2. Remove a transmission (the Manual transmission see the Head).
3. Remove the holder of the lever of deenergizing of coupling from a spherical finger of a spherical support.

4. Try to remember how fingers of the lever of deenergizing fasten on выжимном the bearing a spring clamp. Remove the bearing from lever assemblage, then - from a pin of a primary shaft of a transmission. Remove the lever of deenergizing of coupling. Estimate a condition of a rubber protective cover of the lever, in case of need replace пыльник. Estimate a condition of the wire holder of the lever, in case of need make replacement. Check up the lever of deenergizing of coupling on presence of cracks and signs of deformations.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Keeping the bearing for an external holder, press two fingers internal and повращайте it. The bearing should rotate freely and silently, otherwise it is necessary to replace it. Wipe the bearing pure rags and examine on presence of signs of deterioration, cracks and other mechanical damages. Usually replacement выжимного the bearing is made each time at service of components of coupling. At all do not wash out the bearing in solvent in order to avoid infringement of tightness of its assemblage.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Grease contact surfaces of the lever of deenergizing of coupling with refractory greasing. In case of need plant on a place the new spring holder. Fill greasing in an internal flute выжимного the bearing. Also grease the holder of the bearing on a pin of a primary shaft.

2. Establish выжимной the bearing on assemblage of the lever of deenergizing, - track reliability of fixing of components.
3. Grease with refractory greasing a surface of a spherical finger of a spherical support of the lever, pass the lever through пыльник, plant the bearing on a shaft pin, then latch the lever on a support finger. Check up freedom of moving of the bearing on a shaft pin.

4. Slightly grease with high-temperature greasing contacting to petals диафрагменной springs of a press disk a surface выжимного the bearing.
5. The further installation is made as it should be the return to an order of dismantle of components. Track, bolts of fastening of transmission to the engine have been tightened with demanded effort (Specifications to the Head the Manual transmission see).
