In many regions of the world special points on reception of a various sort of working off are equipped. At all do not merge an old cooling liquid in the water drain and on the earth!

Recently nontoxical grades of antifreeze have been developed, however they also demand care in circulation.

1. Regularly, according to the schedule of routine maintenance of the car (see Has undressed the Schedule of routine maintenance of cars Mitsubishi Galant/Mirage/Diamante), the cooling system should be emptied, washed out and filled with a fresh mix of antifreeze with water. 2. 3. At a corresponding complete set of the car remove protection elements картера.
4. Get drain capacity under the drain gate of a radiator, open the gate and lower cooling liquid in the prepared capacity.

For the purpose of decrease in risk of casual damage of the gate made of plastic, preliminary moisten with its getting oil.

5. Having waited опорожнения a radiator, close the gate and take from under the car drain capacity. In case of need establish into place protection картера.
6. Lower the car on the earth.

Washing

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Completely having emptied cooling system (see above), fill in in it special промывочную a liquid (as a last resort will approach soft water is usual).
2. Start the engine and wait, while top радиаторный the hose does not become hot to the touch.
3. Having muffled the engine, wait its full cooling and again empty system.
4. Repeat the described procedure until the liquid merged from a radiator completely will not be released from the maintenance of particles of a scum and will not get an absolute transparency.
5. Separately wash out a broad tank.
6. Having tightened the drain gate and, in case of need, having restored initial connection of all hoses, fill in in system a fresh cooling liquid of demanded structure, then remove from охладительного a path air stoppers (see further).

Refuelling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Slowly fill in in a radiator fresh, made in proportions 50 х 50 mix of antifreeze with water. Continue pouring until liquid level will not rise to the bottom cut of a jellied mouth. Add cooling liquid in a broad tank, having finished its level to the bottom mark (FULL COLD) on a tank wall. Wait for five minutes and once again check up level of a cooling liquid in a radiator, in case of need make updating.
2. Not establishing a cover on a radiator, start the engine and warm up it before opening of the valve of the thermostat (the liquid should start to circulate through a radiator, thus there will be a warming up of the top hose of the last).
3. Muffle the engine and allow to it to cool down. Add in a radiator of a little more liquid, having finished its level to the bottom cut of a jellied mouth.
4. By сжимания the top hose of a radiator let out from it air, in case of need add a little more a cooling liquid. Establish into place a radiator cover.
5. Translate the handle of management of system of heating of salon on the maximum heating, include for the maximum speed the heater fan.
6. Start the engine, warm up it to normal working temperature and check up system on presence of signs of leaks.
7. Unit overheating testifies to presence in охладительном a path of air stoppers. Muffle the engine and allow to it to cool down, - air should leave a path automatically. Repeating procedure, achieve a demanded temperature mode of the working engine.
8. Once again check up level of a cooling liquid in a broad tank, in case of need make corresponding updating.
