Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. A design of assemblage of the top lever of a suspension bracket (model Galant 1994 ÷ 1998 of вып.) it is shown on an illustration.
2. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props. Remove a corresponding forward wheel.
3. Liberate the top spherical support from assemblage of a rotary fist.

4. Give nuts of fastening of axial support of the top lever to кузовному to an element.

5. Remove assemblage of the top lever.

6. Turn out through bolts of fastening of axial support of lever assemblage.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish axial support on assemblage of the top lever of a suspension bracket and adjust corners of their installation. Demanded value makes 84 ° ÷ 86 °.

2. Tighten nuts of through bolts of fastening of axial support with demanded effort (57 H•м).

 
3. Check up correctness of installation of axial support by measurement of adjusting distances And and Century Demanded values make 299.9 mm for And and 234.0 for Century
4. Fix assemblage of the top lever on a car body, having tightened new самоконтрящиеся axial support with demanded effort (86 H•м).
5. Plant the top spherical support in assemblage of a rotary fist and fix its new самоконтрящейся a nut, having tightened last with effort 28 H•м.
6. Establish a forward wheel and lower the car on the earth.
7. In summary execute adjustment of corners of installation of forward wheels.
