Some from considered in the present Management of model of cars are equipped by system of additional safety (SRS). Before to start performance of any works near to the block of a pillow of safety, a steering column or the instrument panel, disconnect SRS in order to avoid reception of traumas at its casual operation (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head). Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Details of installation of the steering mechanism on models Mirage are shown on an accompanying illustration.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

3. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props. Remove forward wheels.
4. Disconnect electroconducting from the oxygen gauge and remove a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases.
5. Prop up/hang out the power unit. Give bolts of fastening of both jet emphasis of a suspension bracket of the unit.
6. Turn out four fixing bolts and remove the central beam.
7. Release a coupling bolt of fastening bottom карданного the hinge of a steering column to an entrance shaft реечной transfers, - preliminary mark adjusting position of components.
8. Take шплинты, give корончатые nuts and liberate tips of steering draughts from rotary fists.
9. Release fixing bolts of assembly collars and take assemblage of the steering mechanism with rubber pillows of its support through an arch of the right wheel.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Get assemblage of the steering mechanism on the regular place, - track correctness of combination of the landing labels of shaft put in the course of dismantle.
2. Establish assembly collars and tighten bolts of their fastening with demanded effort (70 H•м).
3. Tighten with demanded effort (18 H•м) a coupling bolt of fastening of the bottom shaft of a column to an entrance shaft реечной transfers.
4. Establish the central beam.
5. Establish a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases.
6. Connect electroconducting to the oxygen gauge.
7. Connect tips of steering bent for to rotary fists, tighten with demanded effort корончатые nuts and fix their new шплинтами.
8. Check up corners of installation of forward wheels, in case of need make corresponding updating.
