Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props. Remove a corresponding back wheel.
2. On models with disk back brake mechanisms remove a support and a brake disk (the Brake system see the Head).
3. Remove a dustproof cover and give подшипниковую a nut, - do not use for отдавания nuts a pneumatic drive.
4. Remove the external wheel bearing.
5. Remove a brake drum/stupichnuju assemblage in gathering with the internal bearing and a sealing epiploon.
6. Take from ступичной assemblages an epiploon and the internal bearing.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Grease the internal bearing and establish it in ступичную assemblage / a brake drum.
2. Establish a new epiploon.
3. Screw самоконтрящуюся a nut so that under it there were 2-3 mm of a carving. Measure twisting moment проворачивания nuts counter-clockwise, - if the result of measurement makes less than 6 H•м, the nut is subject to replacement.
4. Establish a brake drum/stupichnuju assemblage on the regular place.
5. Grease the external wheel bearing and plant it on a spindle.
6. Tighten самоконтрящуюся a nut with demanded effort (150 200 H•м).
7. With the help циферблатного a measuring instrument define size axial люфта a nave/drum. If the result of measurement makes more than 0.002 mm, repeat procedure of a tightening of a nut. If the nut retightening does not lead to desirable result, replace bearings.
8. Establish a protective cover and a wheel.
9. Lower the car on the earth.


Models Mirage since 1993 вып.

Dismantling of wheel bearings on the given models is not represented possible. Replacement ступичной assemblages is in case of need made!


Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props. Remove a corresponding back wheel.
2. On the models equipped ABS, remove the wheel gauge.
3. Remove a support and a brake disk / a brake drum (the Brake system see the Head).
4. Remove a dustproof cover and give подшипниковую a nut, - do not use for отдавания nuts a pneumatic drive.
5. Remove ступичную assemblage.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish ступичную assemblage on the regular place. Tighten with demanded effort (180 H•м) фланцевую a nut.
2. Establish a dustproof cover.
3. On models with ABS establish into place the wheel gauge, - track, that the size of an air backlash did not fall outside the limits an admissible range (0.3 0.9 mm).
4. Establish a brake disk and a support / a brake drum.
5. Establish a back wheel and lower the car on the earth.


Models Galant on 1993 вып. With drum-type brake mechanisms of back wheels

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props. Remove back wheels.
2. Remove a protective cover and give ступичную a nut.
3. Remove a brake drum (the Brake system see the Head). The external wheel bearing should drop out of a nave at drum removal, - try not to drop it.
4. Remove ступичную assemblage.
5. Take the internal bearing.
6. Check up a condition of components of bearings. In case of revealing of scratches, задиров or overheat traces on surfaces of holders the last are replaced with all complete set, - выбивание holders subject to replacement is made by means of brass выколотки.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Before installation of a holder of bearings it is necessary to grease special подшипниковой with greasing. Track completeness of planting of holders, - take advantage approaching оправкой.
2. Carefully fill bearings the greasing with which rests grease a nave.
3. Establish the internal bearing, grease and plant a new epiploon, - take advantage special оправкой.
4. Establish a brake drum (the Brake system see the Head).
5. Grease and establish the external bearing, establish a washer and screw a nut.
6. Rotating a drum, tighten a nut with effort 17 H•м, then release it for removal of a pretightness and again tighten, - this time with effort 10 H•м.
7. Block a nut and establish new шплинт.
8. Establish a wheel and lower the car on the earth.


Models Galant on 1993 вып. With disk brake mechanisms of back wheels

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props. Remove back wheels.
2. Turn out a fixing bolt () and remove a basic arm of the wheel gauge from a fist ступичной assemblages.

Try not to admit contact of a sensitive element of the gauge to a rotor teeth!

3. Remove a support of the brake mechanism and tie up it to suspension bracket elements (the Brake system see the Head).
4. Remove a brake disk (the Brake system see the Head).
5. Remove a protective cover, a nut and a lock washer.
6. Remove ступичную assemblage.

The back nave is not subject to dismantling and in case of an exit of bearings out of operation varies in gathering.

7. In case of need (models with ABS) turn out two fixing bolts and remove from a nave subject to replacement a rotor of the wheel gauge.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish on a nave a rotor of the wheel gauge. Tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort (11 H•м).
2. Establish ступичную assemblage on the regular place.
3. Establish a lock washer, screw a new counternut and tighten it with demanded effort (200 260 H•м). Зачеканьте a nut also establish a protective cover.
4. Establish a brake disk and a support of the brake mechanism.
5. Establish the wheel gauge and tighten bolts of its fastening with demanded effort (11 H•м).
6. Establish a wheel and lower the car on the earth. Before to begin movement, pump over a pedal of a foot brake.

Removal

6. Remove a nave from a fist.

The nave is not subject to dismantling!


7. In case of need (models with ABS) remove from a nave subject to replacement a rotor of the wheel gauge, - take advantage of a special head of type МВ991248.


Installation

1. Напрессуйте a rotor of the wheel gauge on a new nave (models with ABS).
2. Establish a nave on a fist and tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort (74 88 H•м).
3. Establish a brake drum (the Brake system see the Head).
4. On models with ABS establish the wheel gauge.
5. Establish a wheel and lower the car on the earth.

Removal

7. Remove top анкерные springs of frictional boots of a lay brake.
8. Remove the bottom coupling spring of frictional boots.
9. Remove directing springs of boots.
10. Disconnect приводной a cable from the executive lever of a lay brake.
11. From the back party of a fist ступичной assemblages give four bolts of fastening of a nave.
12. Remove a nave in gathering with wheel bearings.

The nave is not subject to dismantling!

13. In case of need (models with ABS) remove from a nave subject to replacement a rotor of the wheel gauge, - take advantage of a special head of type МВ991248.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Напрессуйте a rotor of the wheel gauge on a new nave (models with ABS).
2. Establish a nave on a fist and tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort (74 88 H•м).
3. Establish frictional boots of a lay brake (the Brake system see the Head).
4. Establish on a nave a brake disk and temporarily fix it by наворачивания steams of wheel nuts.
5. Establish анкерную скобу the brake mechanism and enclose in it brake колодки.
6. Establish a support of the brake mechanism, then remove temporarily established wheel nuts.
7. On models with ABS establish the wheel gauge.
8. Establish a wheel and lower the car on the earth.


Models Diamante

The nave on the given models is not subject to regenerative repair and in case of an exit of components should be out of operation replaced in gathering!


Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props. Remove a corresponding back wheel.
2. Remove a support of the brake mechanism and a brake disk (the Brake system see the Head). Tie up a support a wire to suspension bracket elements.
3. On models with ABS turn out a fixing bolt and remove the wheel gauge from the longitudinal lever of a suspension bracket.

Try not to admit contact of a sensitive element of the gauge to a rotor teeth!

4. Remove a protective cover, give самоконтрящуюся ступичную a nut and remove a lock washer.
5. Remove ступичную assemblage from a spindle of an axis of a wheel.
6. In case of need give fixing bolts and remove from a nave a rotor of the wheel gauge (model with ABS).


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Fix on a nave a rotor of the wheel gauge (model with ABS).
2. Establish a nave on the regular place. Screw new самоконтрящуюся a nut (do not forget to enclose a lock washer) and tighten it with demanded effort (230 H•м), - track correctness of combination of landing labels.
3. By means of a dynamometer and wound round heads of bolts of a cord measure effort проворачивания ступичной assemblages. If the result of measurement exceeds value 10 Н, repeat procedure of a tightening of a nut. In case of need replace a nave.
4. With the help циферблатного a measuring instrument define size axial люфта ступичной assemblages, - the maximum admissible value makes 0.05 mm.
5. Establish a brake disk and a support of the brake mechanism.
6. On models with ABS establish into place the wheel gauge, - track correctness of a lining of its electroconducting.
7. By means of not magnetic щупа лезвийного type measure size of an air backlash between a sensitive element of the gauge and teeths of an alarm rotor. Demanded value makes 0.2 0.7 mm. Tighten a nut of a basic arm of the gauge and once again check up an air backlash in different points of a rotor. In case of need replace a rotor.
8. Pump over a brake contour and establish into place a back wheel.
