Adjustment of a cable of a drive of a gear change


1. Adjustment is made on the gauge-switch of the permission of start (PNP) find the gauge-switch on картере transmissions and make sure of combination of apertures in the lever and the gauge-switch case. Translate the selector in position “N”, in appropriate way switch the manual lever to transmissions.
2. Check up correctness of combination of apertures in the lever and the gauge-switch case, in case of need make corresponding updating (see further).
3. For adjustment ослабьте a nut of a tip of a cable and hands choose a weak point of the last before combination of apertures. Tighten a nut.
4. Check up serviceability of functioning of transmission.

Adjustment of a cable of a drive throttle заслонки (TV-cable)


1. The given adjustment is provided only on models Mirage on 1996 вып.
2. Translate the selector lever in position “N”.
3. Ослабьте an adjusting nut. Slightly having pulled for a management cable, tighten a nut with effort 10 14 H•м.
4. Make sure, that the selector lever still is in position “N”.
5. Check up serviceability of functioning АТ.

Adjustment of the servo-driver of inclusion of a mode kickdown (transmissions of series F4А20)


1. Carefully smooth out a surface round the gauge-switch of the servo-driver of a mode kickdown. Remove a lock ring. Remove the gauge-switch.

2. By means of a special key or a nozzle block the piston of a drive from проворачивания.

At clothing of a key the piston should not be wrung out downwards. The nozzle tightening is made manually.

3. Release a counternut to a V-shaped flute in an adjusting rod.

4. Screw on an adjusting rod an internal nozzle from the complete set of adjustment of servo-driver MD998916 against the stop it in a counternut. An external nozzle plant on a nut.

5. Рожковыми with keys pull together both nozzles together.

6. Remove an external nozzle and динамометрическим a key tighten internal with effort 10 H•м. Release a key and repeat procedure of a tightening of a nozzle with demanded effort. Once again lower a key and tighten a nozzle again, this time with effort 5 H•м, having released it then on 1/4 turns.

7. Unblock an internal nozzle, having weakened its clip to a counternut, then turn away a nut manually to its clip to the servo-driver piston. In summary tighten a counternut with demanded effort (25 32 H•м).

Track, that the rod was not turned in the course of a nut tightening.

1. The scheme of hydraulic connections of components АТ on an example of a card of distribution of pressure in position “N” transmissions of series F4А20 is presented on an illustration.
2. Remove клапанную assemblage (see Has undressed Major repairs АТ).

3. Find the screw of adjustment of pressure in lines.

4. Screw rotation on the regulator valve clockwise leads to pressure decrease in lines, against, - to increase. Screw turn on one full of turns leads to pressure change approximately on 26 кПа.
5. Having finished adjustment, establish into place клапанную assemblage. Fill in in transmission fresh ATF (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance) and repeat pressure check in lines. The pressure rating value in lines makes 360 420 кПа at single turns of the engine and 690 710 кПа at completely open throttle заслонке.

Transmissions of series F4А20 (F4А22 and F4А23/33/51)


Adjustment is made series F3А20 similarly described above for transmissions with that only a difference, that in this case turn of the adjusting screw on one full turn leads to change of pressure on 38 кПа, and nominal pressure in lines makes 870 890 кПа (Specifications see).
