Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Details of installation of the case of a throttle on various engines are presented on illustrations.
2. Dump pressure in the power supply system (Section Сбрасывание of pressure in the power supply system see).
3. Empty cooling system.

4. Mark position of an adjusting bolt on a fixing flange of a cable of a drive throttle заслонки (gas). Turn out a bolt and disconnect a cable from the lever of a drive throttle заслонки on the throttle case. Take a cable aside.

5. Disconnect from the case of a throttle and take aside a ventilating hose and a hose of giving of air.
6. Mark and disconnect vacuum hoses.

7. Mark and disconnect brought to the case of a throttle electroconducting.

8. Disconnect from the basis of the case of a throttle transit and перепускной hoses of a water path.
9. At a corresponding complete set disconnect the tyre of grounding and remove from the engine a basic arm of the case of a throttle and a grounding plate.
10. Remove a branch pipe of connection of an air line its sealing lining.

11. Turn out fixing screws and remove the case of a throttle from the engine. Remove a sealing lining, - at installation it is subject to replacement without fail.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully smooth out all interfaced surfaces, lay on the delivery chamber of the inlet pipeline a new sealing lining.
2. Establish the throttle case. Screw and tighten with demanded effort fixing bolts.
3. Having replaced a sealing lining, establish a branch pipe of connection of an inlet air line.
4. At a corresponding complete set establish a basic arm and a grounding plate. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (15 ÷ 22 H•м).
5. Screw the screw of fastening of a plate of grounding.
6. Connect to the case of a throttle hoses of a water path and fix their new collars.
7. Watching conformity the marks put in the course of dismantle, restore initial connection of vacuum hoses and electroconducting.
8. Connect a gas cable, having screwed in former position an adjusting bolt. Check up correctness of adjustment of a cable.
9. Connect an inlet air line and a ventilating hose.
10. If removed, establish into place the battery and connect to it wires (at first positive, then - negative).
11. Fill in in the engine a fresh cooling liquid (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
