1. Details of installation of the fan of a heater on models Mirage are shown on illustrations.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

3. Remove the right section of the bottom furnish of the panel of devices (the Body see the Head).
4. Remove assemblage of a ware box and its assembly frame (the Body see the Head).
5. Disconnect electroconducting from приводного the motor of the fan of a heater.
6. Disconnect and remove resistive assemblage.
7. Disconnect a ventilating tube приводного the electromotor.
8. Turn out fixing bolts and remove to the block приводного the motor. In case of need replace крыльчатку the fan.

1. Establish assemblage приводного the electromotor on the regular place and screw fixing bolts.
2. Connect to the motor electroconducting.
3. Connect a ventilating tube.

2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

3. Remove a clamp of a ware box.
4. Against the stop open a cover of a ware box and turn out the bottom screws of fastening of assemblage. Remove a ware box.
5. Remove the right section of the bottom furnish of the panel of devices (the Body see the Head).

Pay attention, that some of fixing screws are closed by decorative covers which are preliminary necessary for removing.

6. Remove a sleeve of giving of air in a foot well of the forward passenger.
7. Disunite a 10-contact socket on the back party of an assembly frame of a ware box. Disconnect electroconducting from the gauge-switch of illumination of a box (also it is established on an assembly frame).
8. Turn out four fixing bolts and remove an assembly frame of a ware box.
9. Disconnect the small air hose going from the electromotor of the fan to a casing of the fan.
10. Disconnect electroconducting from приводного the motor.
11. Turn out three fixing bolts and remove assemblage of the fan from a casing. In case of need give a nut and remove крыльчатку.

1. Attentively examine a casing from within, having removed from it dust and the extraneous subjects, capable to place to rotation крыльчатки.
2. Estimate a condition of a sealing lining, in case of need make replacement.
3. Establish the heater fan on the regular place. Screw and tighten fixing bolts.
4. Connect to приводному to the motor a ventilating hose and electroconducting.
5. Establish an assembly frame of a ware box and connect to it both electric sockets (10-contact and 1-contact).
6. Establish an air line.
7. Establish section of the bottom furnish of the panel of devices, - track correctness of installation and reliability защелкивания all clamps.
8. Establish a ware box with a persistent clamp.
9. Connect a negative wire to the battery.

2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

3. Turn out three fixing screws and remove the bottom section of furnish of the panel of devices (the Body see the Head).
4. On the models equipped with a central air of air remove the compressor module.
5. Disconnect electroconducting from the electromotor of a drive of the fan of a heater.
6. Turn out three fixing screws and remove вентиляторную assemblage from a casing.

1. Attentively examine a casing from within, having removed from it dust and the extraneous subjects, capable to place to rotation крыльчатки.
2. Establish the heater fan on the regular place. Screw and tighten fixing bolts.
3. Connect to приводному to the motor electroconducting.
4. At a corresponding complete set of the car establish compressor K/V module.
5. Establish section of the bottom furnish of the panel of devices, - track correctness of installation and reliability защелкивания all clamps.
6. Connect a negative wire to the battery.

2. Disconnect safety pillows (the Onboard electric equipment see the Head).
3. Remove the right section of the bottom furnish of the panel of devices and an air line sleeve.
4. Remove the drummer of the lock of a ware box, assemblage of a ware box and its external casing. Turn out the screw located under assemblage.
5. Give fixture of a casing of the evaporator.
6. Remove assemblage of the motor of switching of a mode of circulation.
7. Remove РСМ, a basic arm and the relay of management MFI.
8. Remove the right bottom arm of the panel of devices.
9. Disconnect from вентиляторной assemblages a cast hose.
10. Remove fan assemblage.
11. In case of need give a fixing nut and remove крыльчатку.

1. Check up a shaft приводного the pump on presence of signs of a bend. Estimate a condition of a sealing lining. Carefully clear all details of assemblage, blow an air line.
2. Fix крыльчатку the fan on a shaft приводного the pump.
3. Establish assemblage on the regular place.
4. Connect to the motor a cast hose and electroconducting.
5. Screw a bolt of fastening of a casing of the evaporator.
6. Establish the right bottom arm of the panel of devices.
7. Establish РСМ, a basic arm and the relay of management MFI.
8. Establish assemblage демпферного the motor of switching of a mode of circulation.
9. Screw located under assemblage of a ware box the screw, then establish a ware box, - operate in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components.
10. Establish the bottom section of furnish of the panel of devices/sleeves of an air line.
11. Connect a negative wire to the battery. Check up serviceability of functioning of an automatic central air of air (climate control).
