At connection of lines of an oil path without fail make replacement of both sealing washers of hollow bolts штуцерных connections.



1. Installation details турбокомпрессора are presented on illustrations.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

3. Merge impellent oil, empty system of cooling and remove a radiator. On the models equipped К/В, in gathering with a radiator remove also the central air fan.

In order to avoid reception of burns, start performance of the listed works only after definitive cooling of system! Do not suppose antifreeze hit on open sites of a body and the painted surfaces of the car. Casually got splashes immediately wash off plentiful quantity of water. Remember that antifreeze is extremely a toxic liquid and its hit in an organism even in small amounts is fraught with the most serious consequences (up to a lethal outcome). Never leave antifreeze stored in leaky closed container and immediately collect cooling liquid spilt on a floor. Remember that the sweetish smell of antifreeze can draw to itself attention of children and animals. About ways recyclings of the fulfilled cooling liquid consult at any station of car-care centre. In many regions of the world special points on reception of a various sort of working off are equipped. At all do not merge an old cooling liquid in the water drain and on the earth!

4. Disconnect electroconducting and remove the oxygen gauge.
5. Take щуп measurements of impellent oil, remove its directing tube.
6. Remove goffered воздухозаборный a hose, a hose of dump of depression, branch pipes of connection of a final air hose, and also the top and bottom thermofilters.
7. Отболтите the steering pump also shift it aside in gathering with a basic arm, not disconnecting hydraulic hoses.
8. Give самоконтрящиеся nuts of fastening of a final collector, remove a triangular eye of lifting of the power unit, turn out a hollow bolt штуцерного connections of a line of giving of oil to the central section турбокомпрессора (do not forget to remove both sealing washers), also disconnect lines охладительного a path.

Passing under assemblage турбокомпрессора the line of a water path is equipped штуцерным by connection of carving type.

9. Give fixing nuts, disconnect a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases and separate from the engine a final collector and its sealing lining.
10. Turn out two through bolts and give two nuts of fastening of a final collector to assemblage турбокомпрессора.
11. Turn out two screws-zaglushki from passed under assemblage турбокомпрессора returnable маслотока, remove a sealing lining. Separate турбокомпрессор from a final collector (two tubes of a water path and one oil line can be left connected).
12. Attentively examine turbine wheels (hot section of assemblage) and the compressor (cold section) on presence of cracks and other mechanical damages. Manually check up freedom of rotation of both wheels. Make sure of absence of signs of development of leaks of oil. Check up ability спускного the valve to remain in an open condition. Defective components replace, in case of need clean маслотоки.
13. Serviceability of a condition of the device of dump can be checked up by testing by pressure. Create on an actuation mechanism pressure approximately in 62 кПа and make sure of possibility of moving of a rod.

Applying of pressure more than 71 кПа can lead to diaphragm damage! At creation on a depression actuation mechanism, the last should be kept reliably, - in case of revealing of leaks replace assemblage.

It is not necessary to undertake attempts of adjustment of the trigger valve!



1. Fill масловозвратную a line with pure impellent oil. Replace all counternuts. Before installation of carving connection of a tube of an admission of water slightly grease with liquid oil an internal surface of a connecting flange. Establish турбокомпрессор on a final collector.
2. Establish assemblage of a final collector on the regular place (do not forget to replace a sealing lining).
3. Connect lines охладительного a path, submitting маслопровод and an elevating eye of the power unit.
4. If removed, establish into place assemblage of the steering pump with the basic arm.
5. Establish thermofilters, a final air branch pipe, a trigger hose and the goffered air lines.
6. Establish radiator assemblage.
7. Fill in in the engine fresh engine oil, fill system of cooling and connect a negative wire to the battery.
