Models 1.5 of l and 1.8 l

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Details of installation of a final collector on models 1.5 of l and 1.8 l are presented on illustrations.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action!


3. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
4. Give fixing nuts and separate a forward reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases from a final collector. Remove a sealing lining.
5. Lower the car on the earth.
6. Remove assemblage of the fan of system of cooling.
7. If the oxygen gauge is established on a final collector, remove it.
8. Disconnect corresponding components of system рециркуляции the fulfilled gases (EGR).
9. Remove an external thermofilter of a final collector and an elevating eye of the power unit. Disconnect electroconducting from the oxygen gauge.
10. Turn out fixing bolts and remove an internal thermofilter and collector assemblage.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of a collector and the block, then wipe their rags moistened in acetone.
2. Lay on a collector a new sealing lining. Establish a collector on the regular place and tighten fixture with demanded effort (for engines of 1.5 l: 18 H•м, for engines of 1.8 l: internal nuts - 18 H•м, two external (big) - 30 H•м).

Tightening make in regular intervals, in a diagonal order.


3. Establish thermofilters.
4. Connect components EGR.
5. If removed, establish into place the oxygen gauge.
6. Establish assemblage of the fan of system of cooling.
7. Connect to a final collector a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases.
8. Connect a negative wire to the battery and check up system of release of the fulfilled gases on presence of signs of leaks.


Engines of 1.6 l and 2.0 l

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Details of installation of a final collector on models 1.6 of l and 2.0 l are presented on illustrations.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action!


3. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
4. Give fixing nuts and separate a forward reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases from a final collector. Remove a sealing lining.
5. Lower the car on the earth.
6. On the models equipped with a central air of air, remove assemblage of the fan of system.
7. By means of special adaptation MD998703, or its analogue, disconnect and remove the oxygen gauge.
8. Remove an external thermofilter of a final collector and an elevating eye of the power unit.
9. Turn out fixing bolts and remove from the engine an internal thermofilter and collector assemblage.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of a collector and the block, then wipe their rags moistened in acetone.
2. Lay on a collector a new sealing lining. Establish a collector on the regular place and tighten fixture with demanded effort (for engines of 2.0 l SOHC: 15 ÷ 20 H•м, for engines of 1.6 l and 2.0 l DOHC: 25 ÷ 30 H•м).

Tightening make in regular intervals, in a diagonal order.


3. Establish an external thermofilter, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort
(14 H•м).
4. If removed, establish into place fan assemblage.
5. Connect to a final collector a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases (do not forget to replace a sealing lining). Screw fixing nuts and tighten them with demanded effort (40 ÷ 50 H•м).
6. Connect a negative wire to the battery and check up system of release of the fulfilled gases on presence of signs of leaks.


Engines of 2.4 l

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

2. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.

3. Give fixing nuts and a bolt basic подвеса, then separate a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases from a final collector. Remove a sealing lining.

4. Remove an external thermofilter of a final collector and an elevating eye of the power unit.

5. Give fixing nuts and remove assemblage of a final collector from the engine.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of a collector and the block, then wipe their rags moistened in acetone.
2. Lay on a collector a new sealing lining. Establish a collector on the regular place and tighten fixing nuts with demanded effort (25 ÷ 29 H•м).

Fixture tightening make in regular intervals, in a diagonal order.

3. Establish thermofilters, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (14 H•м).
4. Connect to a final collector a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases (do not forget to replace a sealing lining). Screw fixing nuts and tighten them with demanded effort
(44 H•м).
5. Connect a negative wire to the battery and check up system of release of the fulfilled gases on presence of signs of leaks.


Engines of 3.0 l

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Details of installation of a final collector on l models 3.0 are presented on illustrations.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

3. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
4. Give fixing nuts and separate a forward reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases from a final collector.
5. Lower the car on the earth.
6. For removal of a forward collector preliminary dismantle assemblage of the fan of a central air of air.
7. For removal of a forward collector on engines DOHC preliminary dismantle assemblage of the generator with a basic arm.
8. On engines DOHC remove compressor K/V from the basic arm and, not disconnecting refrigerator lines, take him aside.
9. For removal of a forward collector take щуп measurements дульного oils and dismantle its directing tube.
10. For removal of a forward collector on engines DOHC remove a thermofilter.
11. For removal of a back collector disconnect tube EGR.
12. For removal of a back collector on engines SOHC preliminary dismantle a rack of the delivery chamber of an inlet air path and turn on aside an arm of a jet emphasis.
13. Disconnect electroconducting and remove the oxygen gauge.
14. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assemblage of a final collector.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of a collector and the block, then wipe their rags moistened in acetone.
2. Lay on a collector a new sealing lining. Establish a collector on the regular place and tighten fixing nuts with demanded effort (for engines SOHC: 30 H•м, for engines DOHC: 19 H•м).

Fixture tightening make in regular intervals, in a diagonal order.

3. Establish thermofilters.
4. At a corresponding complete set connect tube EGR, establish a rack of the delivery chamber and an arm of a jet emphasis.
5. Establish into place the oxygen gauge.
6. Establish fan assemblage, compressor K/V, directing tube measuring щупа and generator assemblage.
7. Connect to a final collector a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases (do not forget to replace a sealing lining).
8. Establish into place приводной a belt () and adjust effort (their) its tension.
9. Connect a negative wire to the battery and check up system of release of the fulfilled gases on presence of signs of leaks.


Engines of 3.5 l

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Details of installation of a final collector on l models 3.5 are presented on an illustration.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

4. Give fixing nuts and separate a forward reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases from a final collector.
5. For removal of a back collector disconnect tube EGR.
6. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assemblage of a final collector.


Installation

1. Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces of a collector and the block, then wipe their rags moistened in acetone.
2. Lay on a collector a new sealing lining. Establish a collector on the regular place and tighten fixing nuts with demanded effort (30 H•м).

Fixture tightening make in regular intervals, in a diagonal order.

3. Establish a thermofilter ().
4. At installation of a back collector connect tube EGR.
5. At installation of a forward collector establish into place assemblage of the fan of system of cooling with a radiator.
6. At installation of a forward collector establish into place the generator.
7. Establish приводной a belt () and adjust effort (their) its tension.
8. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
9. Connect to a final collector a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases/assemblages каталитического the converter (do not forget to replace a sealing lining).
10. Lower the car on the earth.
11. Connect a negative wire to the battery and check up system of release of the fulfilled gases on presence of signs of leaks.
