Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action!


2. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
3. The cranked shaft consists of three sections: forward, back and central. Release nuts of fastening of the central basic bearing and accurately take the rubber pillows established under them.

Besides rubber pillows in bearing fixture a number of remote plugs is used also, the quantity and which sizes can vary, - try to remember adjusting position of each of fixture elements.


4. Mark position крепежногофланца a back collar карданного a shaft on a connecting flange of differential of the back bridge. Turn out fixing bolts and separate a shaft from differential, - try not to damage a protective cover.

For protection of a cover against damage in it it is possible натолкать rags or the crumpled paper.

5. At extraction карданного a shaft from картера a distributing box take care of preservation in an integrity and safety of an epiploon.
6. In avoidance вытекания oil from a distributing box do not lower a car back on the earth. In crankcase it makes sense to cork an aperture for the purpose of the prevention of hit in a dirt box.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Get карданный a shaft in the regular position and fill it in картер a distributing box (try not to damage an epiploon).
2. Having seen to correctness of combination of the landing labels put in the course of dismantle connect a shaft to a flange of back differential. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (30 ÷ 35 H•м).
3. Establish the central basic bearing (see Has undressed Removal and installation of assemblage of the central bearing карданного a shaft), - track correctness of installation of all elements of fixture of assemblage. Screw fixing nuts and tighten them with demanded effort (30 ÷ 35 H•м).
4. Check up levels of liquids in a distributing box and crankcase back differential.
