Removal and installation of power shafts



1. Not поддомкрачивая the car, take шплинты and release ступичные nuts of forward wheels.

2. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
3. On the models equipped ABS, remove forward wheel gauges.
4. On the models equipped with system Active-ECS, release a nut штуцерного a socket of fastening of a pneumatic line to the top part of a rack. Remove and will throw out a sealing ring. Turn out fixing bolts and remove from the top part of a rack a system actuation mechanism. Disconnect the electroconducting brought to the activator.
5. Liberate from rotary fists spherical support of the bottom levers of a suspension bracket and tips of steering draughts.

6. Give ступичные nuts and remove washers.

7. At removal of assemblage of a two-section left power shaft turn out bolts of fastening of the central basic bearing and remove the washers enclosed under their heads. By means of a stripper established from lateral aspect ступичной of assemblage, squeeze out of last a power shaft pin (at the final stage the pin is beaten out by a hammer. Выбивание assemblages of a shaft from transmission differential it is made by means of a hammer with soft the brisk.

8. Liberation from transmission of assemblage of an one-section right power shaft is made by поддевания by its mount.

Attempts вытягивания a shaft from differential are fraught with failure of an internal SHRUS!



1. Replace the lock rings established on internal pins of power shafts.

2. Fill shaft in transmission, - track completeness of planting of pins.
3. Having delayed rack-mount assemblage outside, fill in a nave an external pin of a corresponding power shaft.
4. Screw bolts of an arm of the central bearing and tighten them with demanded effort (45 H•м).
5. Plant on a pin of a shaft a washer (the party with the removed facet outside). Screw ступичную a nut, however, do not tighten it while definitively.
5. Plant a spherical support in assemblage of a rotary fist. Tighten корончатую a nut of fastening of a spherical finger with demanded effort (60 72 H•м) and fix its new шплинтом.
6. Also plant in assemblage of a rotary fist a tip of steering draught, э корончатая the nut of a spherical finger of the hinge is tightened with effort 29 H•м and also fixed new шплинтом.
7. On equipped ABS models establish into place wheel gauges.
8. On models with an active suspension bracket (Active-ECS) restore initial connection of a pneumatic line (do not forget to replace a sealing ring) and fix the actuation mechanism activator in the top part of a rack. Connect electroconducting.
9. Operating in a similar manner, finish installation of the second power shaft.
10. Establish wheels and lower the car on the earth.
11. Tighten ступичные nuts with demanded effort (145 188 H•м) and fix their new шплинтами.
