Remember that gasoline is extremely an inflammable liquid! At work with power supply system components observe all taken measures of fire safety. Do not smoke! Do not come nearer to a place of work with open fire or the redurable not protected by a lamp shade! Do not make system service in the premises equipped working on natural gas and heating devices equipped with a control torch (such as водогреи and dryers for clothes). Do not forget, that gasoline is among cancerogenic substances, i.e., - the substances promoting development of a cancer! Try not to suppose fuel hit on open sites of a body, use rubber protective gloves, at casual unforeseen contact to fuel carefully wash out hands warm water with soap. Immediately collect the spilt fuel and do not put the rags impregnated with PETROLEUM PRODUCTS near to sources of open fire. Remember that the power supply system equipped with injection of fuel of models constantly is under pressure. Before to start a detachment of fuel lines, dump residual pressure in system. At service of components of the power supply system put on goggles. Constantly hold near at hand the class fire extinguisher In!


Engines 1. 5 l, 1.8 l and 2.0 l SOHC

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Details of installation of a fuel highway on l models 1.5, 1.8 l and 2.0 l SOHC are presented on illustrations.
2. Dump pressure in the power supply system (Section Сбрасывание of pressure in the power supply system see).
3. Disconnect hose PCV from a cover of a head of cylinders. From a cover opposite side disconnect a branch pipe сапуна.
4. Turn out bolts of fastening of a line of giving of fuel (a pressure head line) and disconnect last from a fuel highway, - prepare for gathering of spilt fuel, at once закупорьте the open ends of a line and the union in order to avoid internal pollution of a path of the power supply system.
5. Remove a vacuum hose from a regulator of pressure of fuel.
6. Disconnect from a regulator a returnable line
7. Preliminary having marked, disconnect electroconducting from injectors of injection of fuel.
8. Turn out bolts of fastening of assemblage of a fuel highway to the inlet pipeline. Accurately lift a highway and remove it from the engine, - track, that injectors have not dropped out of assemblage. Transfer the removed assemblage on a workbench and wrap up injectors a polyethylene film in order to avoid hit in a dirt.
9. Take from assemblage of the inlet pipeline landing изоляционные plugs of injectors, - at plug assemblage are subject to replacement without fail.
10. Accurately liberate injectors from assemblage of a fuel highway together with the landing plugs planted on them and sealing rings.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Plant in each of landing ports of injectors new изоляционные (sealing) plugs.
2. Remove from injectors old sealing plugs and sealing rings and establish on their place the new.

Before installation it is necessary to grease sealing rings with pure impellent oil slightly.

3. Having replaced a sealing ring, establish a regulator of pressure upon assemblage of a fuel highway. Check up freedom of rotation of a regulator, in case of need remove a regulator and check up, whether the sealing ring is overwound. If everything is all right, achieve combination of apertures, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort (9 H•м).

The given procedure should be executed even in the event that the fuel highway did not act in film.

4. Vrashchatelno-progress plant injectors in a fuel highway. Check up freedom of rotation of the established injectors, in case of need take a corresponding injector and check up, whether the sealing ring is braided.
5. Establish assemblage of a fuel highway on the regular place on the engine, - track, that each of injectors has entered in the correct image into the reception nest (with planted in it изоляционной the plug).
6. Screw bolts of fastening of a fuel highway and tighten them with demanded effort (12 H•м).
7. Connect to injectors electroconducting.
8. Connect a hose of return of fuel to a pressure regulator, trace connect a vacuum hose.
9. Having replaced a sealing ring (before installation it is necessary to grease a ring with liquid impellent oil), restore initial connection of a pressure head line (a line of giving of fuel). Screw and tighten fixing bolts.
10. Connect hose PCV and a branch pipe сапуна.
11. Connect a negative wire to the battery. Lift pressure in system and check up a path on presence of signs of development of leaks.


Engines of 1.6 l and 2.0 l DOHC

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Details of installation of a fuel highway on models 1.6 of l and 2.0 l DOHC are presented on an illustration.
2. Dump pressure in the power supply system (Section Сбрасывание of pressure in the power supply system see).
3. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

4. Having wrapped up штуцерный a socket rags, disconnect from a fuel highway a hose of giving of fuel (a pressure head line).
5. Disconnect a returnable line and remove its sealing ring штуцерного a socket.
6. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a regulator of pressure of fuel
7. Disconnect hose PCV. On l models 2.0 remove the central cover of the unit.
8. Preliminary having marked, disconnect electroconducting from injectors of injection of fuel.
9. Turn out bolts of fastening of a fuel highway.
10. Accurately remove assemblage of a fuel highway from the engine - track, that rubber landing plugs have not dropped out.
11. Liberate from a highway injectors, - the bottom sealing plugs are subject to replacement without fail.
12. Measure electric resistance of each of injectors. Compare results of measurements to requirements of Specifications (2 ÷ 3 Ohm [at 20°С] for engines of 2.0 l with a turbo-supercharging and 13 ÷ 15 Ohm [at 20°С] for other engines).


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish on injectors new изоляционные plugs and sealing rings
2. Establish injectors on the regular places on a fuel highway.
3. Having replaced landing plugs, establish assemblage of a fuel highway on the inlet pipeline. Before to tighten fixing bolts, make sure available on the landing places of all rubber plugs provided by a design.
4. Tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort (11 H•м).
5. Connect to injectors electroconducting and establish the central cover. Connect hose PCV.
6. Connect a vacuum hose to a regulator of pressure of fuel.
7. Connect a hose of return of fuel.
8. Having replaced a sealing ring (before installation grease a new ring with liquid oil), connect a line of giving of fuel (a pressure head line).
9. Connect a negative wire to the battery. Lift pressure in system and check up a path on presence of signs of development of leaks.


Engines of 2.4 l

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Dump pressure in the power supply system (Section Сбрасывание of pressure in the power supply system see).
2. Preliminary having marked, disconnect from spark plugs and take aside ВВ electroconducting.
3. Disconnect from a cover of a head of cylinders hose PCV.
4. Turn out bolts of fastening of a pressure head line to a fuel highway. Disconnect a line, - prepare for gathering of spilt fuel. In order to avoid internal pollution of a path of the power supply system at once закупорьте the open ends of a line and штуцерного a socket.

5. Disconnect from a pressure regulator a vacuum hose and a line of return of fuel.

6. Preliminary having marked, disconnect electroconducting from injectors of injection of fuel.

7. Turn out bolts of fastening of assemblage of a fuel highway to the inlet pipeline. Accurately lift a highway and remove it from the engine, - track, that injectors have not dropped out of assemblage. Engines of 3.0 l and 3.5 l

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Details of installation of a fuel highway on models 3.0 of l and 3.5 l DOHC are presented on illustrations.
2. Dump pressure in the power supply system (Section Сбрасывание of pressure in the power supply system see).
3. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

4. Empty cooling system (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
5. Disconnect all components from the delivery chamber of an inlet air path and remove the chamber from assemblage of the inlet pipeline (see the Head of the Power supply system and release).
6. Having wrapped up штуцерный a socket rags, disconnect from a fuel highway a hose of giving of fuel (a pressure head line).
7. Disconnect a returnable line and remove its sealing ring штуцерного a socket.
8. Disconnect a vacuum hose from a regulator of pressure of fuel
9. Preliminary having marked, disconnect electroconducting from injectors of injection of fuel.
10. Lift the receiver, connecting fuel highways. Turn out bolts of fastening of assemblages of fuel highways.
11. Accurately remove assemblages of fuel highways from the engine - track, that rubber landing plugs have not dropped out.
12. Liberate from highways injectors, - the bottom sealing plugs are subject to replacement without fail.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

On some models injectors are fixed on a highway by means of clamps. Do not forget to establish clamps into place at assemblage.

1. Having greased with liquid oil, establish on injectors new изоляционные plugs and sealing rings.
2. Establish injectors on the regular places on assemblages of fuel highways.
3. Having replaced landing plugs, establish assemblages of fuel highways on the inlet pipeline. Before to tighten fixing bolts, make sure available on the landing places of all rubber plugs provided by a design.
4. Tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort (10 ÷ 13 H•м).
5. Connect to injectors electroconducting.
6. Connect a hose of return of fuel.
7. Having replaced a sealing ring (before installation grease a new ring with liquid oil), connect a line of giving of fuel (a pressure head line).
8. Having replaced a sealing lining, establish assemblage of the delivery chamber on the inlet pipeline (the Engine see the Head).
9. Fill cooling system (see the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
10. Connect a negative wire to the battery. Lift pressure in system and check up a path on presence of signs of development of leaks.
