8. Remove covers of a steering column.
9. Remove the drummer of the lock of a cover of a ware box, actually assemblage of a box and its external casing. Turn out opened screw.
10. Remove the panel of facing of a radio receiver and a stereosystem
11. Remove assemblage of management by functioning of systems of heating and an air conditioning.
12. Remove a coaster.
13. Remove located from above on the panel of devices loudspeakers.
14. Remove facing of an instrument guard and a combination of devices.
15. Disconnect from transmission a cable of a drive of a speedometer. Disconnect a transitive nozzle from assemblage of a combination of devices, slightly involve a cable inside and remove a nozzle.
16. Disconnect all electroconducting brought to a steering column. Turn out fixing bolts and lower a column downwards, having laid it on a driver's seat.

Observe extreme care, - try not to admit any contact to the module of a pillow of safety.

17. Remove a lamp of illumination of a ware box.
18. Turn out the remained fixing screws and remove the panel of devices.
19. Remove a sleeve of giving of air in a driver's foot well, охладительный a sleeve of knee level and the central air line.
20. Remove forward both central amplifiers and the central assembly rack.
21. Remove assemblage of a sleeve of distribution of an air stream.
22. Disconnect all brought to assemblage of a heater electroconducting.
23. Turn out fixing screws, give nuts and remove assemblage of a heater from the car.
24. Transfer assemblage on a workbench and take from a casing a heat exchanger radiator.

1. Carefully clean and dry from within a casing of a heater and establish in it the heat exchanger and accompanying components.
2. Establish heat exchanger assemblage on the car, tighten fixture. Track correctness of mutual position of casings of assemblages of a heater and the evaporator. Connect electroconducting to fixed on assemblage of a heater to components.
3. Establish sleeve assemblage воздухораспределителя. Establish forward both back amplifiers and the central assembly rack.
4. Establish the central air line, a sleeve of a knee cooler and a sleeve of giving of air in a driver's foot well.
5. Establish the panel of devices, screw and tighten fixing screws.
6. Establish a lamp of illumination of a ware box.
7. Translate into position and fix a steering column, connect to it corresponding electroconducting.
8. Connect to an instrument guard a transitive nozzle of a cable of a drive of a speedometer.
9. Establish a combination of devices and the panel of its facing.
10. Establish on the panel of devices the top loudspeakers.
11. Establish a coaster.
12. Establish assemblage of management by functioning of a central air of air.
13. Establish a stereosystem and the panel of facing of a radio receiver.
14. Screw the screw located under assemblage of a ware box.
15. Establish assemblage of a ware box.
16. Establish covers of a casing of a steering column.
17. Establish a basic arm of a knee emphasis and actually an emphasis. Screw fixing screws and muffle their decorative stoppers.
18. Establish console assemblage and an ashtray.

3. At the cold engine translate the lever of a choice of a temperature mode in position FULL HOT (the maximum heating). Empty cooling system.
4. Disconnect the rubber hoses of a water path connected to branch pipes of the heat exchanger of a heater on a back partition of an impellent compartment.
5. Remove the central console (the Body see the Head).
6. Remove a heater cover.
7. Remove a steering wheel.
8. Remove a small cover from a casing of a steering column.
9. Remove section of the bottom furnish of the panel of devices.
10. Remove both sections of a casing of a steering column. Disconnect the electroconducting brought to a column.
11. Remove facing of an instrument guard.
12. Turn out screws of fastening of a combination of devices.
13. Liberate a combination of devices from an adjusting nest and disconnect from its back party a nozzle of a cable of a drive of a speedometer. Remove a combination of devices.
14. Remove the floor console with a stretcher.
15. Disconnect and remove sleeves of giving of air in all vertical levels of salon.
16. Remove a ware box.
17. Remove an ashtray with a basic arm (do not forget to disconnect electroconducting from прикуривателя).
18. Remove facing of the control panel by heater functioning.
19. Remove assemblage of management by functioning of a heater and disconnect from it electroconducting.
20. Remove the right section of the bottom furnish of the panel of devices with a stretcher.
21. Remove a cover of the assembly block of the safety locks established at the left under the panel of devices. Отболтите also remove the assembly block.
22. Remove panels of furnish of forward racks.
23. Remove forward overlays of thresholds of both forward doors.
24. Liberate facing дефлектора обдува a windscreen, disconnect electroconducting from a photo cell and remove facing and a lattice дефлектора.
25. Remove a lattice дефлектора the central air line.
26. Turn out bolts of fastening of an arm of a steering column to the panel of devices.
27. Remove assemblage of the central intensifying frame. Turn out bolts of fastening of the right stretcher (try to remember their adjusting positions).
28. Turn out the remained fixing bolts and remove the panel of devices, preliminary having marked and having disconnected corresponding electroconducting.
29. On models with an automatic central air of air remove established before heater assemblage (from below) the block of management of food distribution.
30. Remove a sleeve connecting the block of a heater with a casing of the evaporator (model with К/В)/assemblage of the fan of a heater (model without К/В).
31. Cautiously disconnect vacuum hoses.
32. Remove assemblage of a heater from the car and transfer it on a workbench.
33. Remove a cover from the water crane, disconnect draughts and remove the vacuum activator.
34. Release clamps and take the heat exchanger from a heater casing.
35. After removal of the water crane heat exchanger replacement can be made. Remove a plastic cover, ослабьте fixing collars, disconnect a hose and remove the crane.

7. Establish the block of distribution of a food, accurately connect draughts and rods.
8. Connect to the heat exchanger hoses охладительного a path.
9. Establish the panel of devices (operate in an order, the return to an order of dismantle of components).
10. Establish the central console.
11. Establish casings of a steering column. Restore initial connection of electroconducting.
12. Establish the central section of the bottom furnish.
13. Establish a small cover on a casing of a steering column.
14. Establish a steering wheel.
15. Fill cooling system.
16. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
17. Check up serviceability of functioning of an automatic central air of air.
18. Check up elements of a heating path on presence of signs of development of leaks of a cooling liquid.
19. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
20. Check up serviceability of functioning of an automatic central air of air.

3. Empty cooling system. Disconnect heating hoses. Remove decorative caps with анкерных the bolts, the pallet established under seats and directing rings of seat belts, give fixture, disconnect electroconducting from gauges-switches of seat belts, then remove seats.
4. Remove from assemblage of the floor console монетницу and a ware box. Remove assemblage of the switch of the electric drive of mirrors of a back kind/zaglushku.

For liberation of all listed components it is necessary to use only the plastic tool!

5. Remove a back half of console.
6. On models with РКПП remove the handle of the lever of a gear change.
7. Remove forward section of the console.

9. Remove forward overlays of thresholds of both doors.

12. Remove fixed in the top left corner of the panel of devices a case for sun glasses, and also the lateral panel in which the given case is built in.
13. Remove a driver's knee emphasis and the drive handle отпускания the cowl lock.
14. Remove the top and bottom sections of a casing of a steering column.
15. Remove a radio receiver.
16. Remove a ware box and the drummer of the lock of its cover.
17. Remove the bottom cover of the panel of devices and two small fragments of furnish in the central part of the panel (pull them on itself).
18. Turn out the screw of fastening of assemblage of management of heater functioning.
19. Remove facing of an instrument guard and take outside a combination of devices.
20. Remove a transitive nozzle of connection to a combination of devices of a cable of a drive of a speedometer (preliminary the cable should be disconnected from transmission). Slightly extend тросовую assemblage on itself and turn a nozzle for the purpose of its liberation a little.
21. Hooking a screw-driver with a flat sting, release lock uvulas and disunite sockets brought to a combination of devices of electroconducting.
22. Having hooked the plastic tool, remove a cover of the right loudspeaker. Remove a loudspeaker and remove lateral дефлекторы the top air lines. Dismantle hours. Access to bolts of fastening of the panel of devices now should open.
23. Give a fixing nut, take a bolt and lower a steering column.
24. Turn out fixing bolts and remove assemblage of the panel of devices.
25. Disconnect cables of management of modes of functioning of a heater from assemblage of the last, then remove the control panel.
26. Disconnect electroconducting of the relay of management MFI.
27. Remove two stamped steel emphasis of the panel of devices.
28. Remove sleeves of air lines.
29. Give nuts of fastening of assemblage of a heater.
30. Remove the block of management ELC of automatic transmission.
31. Give nuts and release clamps of fastening of assemblage of the evaporator.
32. Put forward the evaporator in salon, then remove the heater block.

Try not to damage connecting tubes.

33. Remove a cover established on heating tubes, then release clamps of fastening of the heat exchanger. Take the heat exchanger from a heater casing, - try not to damage ламели a radiator and not to cut about them fingers.

1. Carefully clean and dry from within a casing of a heater and establish in it the heat exchanger. Track reliability защелкивания clamps and a cover.
2. Establish the evaporator and assembly block ELC AT.
3. Establish heater assemblage on the regular place and connect sleeves of air lines.
4. Restore initial connection of electroconducting and приводных management cables.

6. Establish forward seats.
7. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
