Removal and installation of block headlights of tight type

Models of cars considered in the present Management are equipped by system of additional safety (SRS). Before to start performance of any works near to the block of a pillow of safety, a steering column or the instrument panel, disconnect SRS in order to avoid reception of traumas at its casual operation (the Section System of additional safety (SRS) - the general information and safety measures see). Electroconducting of chain SRS is easy for distinguishing on yellow colour of isolation.


Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. By means of the switch translate headlights in the lifted position.
2. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped by a security code before to disconnect the battery make sure that have a correct combination for audiosystem input in action!

3. Release fixing screws and remove the top and bottom sections of facing of a block headlight.
4. Turn out screws and remove a ring of fastening of a block headlight.
5. Partially liberate a block headlight from кузовной panels and disconnect from it electroconducting.
6. Remove a block headlight from the car.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Connect to a headlight electroconducting.
2. Establish a block headlight on the regular place and fix its fixing a ring and screws.
3. Establish sections of facing of assemblage. Screw and tighten fixing screws.
