Entering into a standard complete set of the car the jack is intended only for performance of procedures of change of wheels. At carrying out of any other repair or preventive works the car should be lifted by means of hydraulic (or тележечного) a jack and it is obligatory to establish on the special props got under bearing points of the bottom (regular домкратные points).


If necessity for removal of wheels is absent, the car can be tired out on a viewing hole or эстакаду.


At all do not get a jack under car thresholds, the pallet картера, panels of a floor or it is direct under components of a steering drive or a suspension bracket!

Do not make any repair work under the car fixed in lifted position by means of only one jack! Necessarily use reliable props!


For поддомкрачивания it is necessary to park the car on an equal horizontal surface, whenever possible with a firm covering. In the presence of the slightest bias it is necessary to take care of safety measures against recoil: prop up located on a diagonal from subject to removal a wheel противооткатными boots, firmly cock a lay brake, include a reverse gear (РКПП), or translate the selector lever in position “Р” (АТ). Take care of reliability of gearing of a head of a jack. Rotating the jack handle, lift the car so that the wheel subject to replacement has come off the earth. Having thrown off fixing nuts, remove a wheel and establish on its place spare. Screw wheel nuts, then lower the car on the earth, clean a jack and hold on nuts of fastening of a wheel in a diagonal order with demanded effort. Establish into place a cap. Combine and clean the tool. Do not forget to clean противооткатные boots.

At поддомкрачивании the car for the purpose of its fixing in the lifted position at performance of more serious, than replacement of a wheel, repair work the head of a hydraulic jack should be got under a forward median beam and-or under an arm fixed on the back panel of a floor. For the purpose of loading distribution between a head of a jack and a surface домкратной points it is necessary to lay the wooden block.

At all do not get a jack under a beam of the back panel of a floor! Props are got under regular forward and back домкратные points (see above).


Towage

Front-wheel models

In order to avoid bumper deformation cars considered in the present Management should not be towed by means of equipped тросовым carrying out эвакуатора, - try to cause эвакуатор, a providing separation from the earth of wheels of one axis, or the equipped cargo platform.


Equipped РКПП models can be towed передком back provided that transmission is not damaged and switched to neutral transfer. The steering wheel should be fixed in rectilinear position by means of special towing блокиратора.

Towage equipped АТ models can be made without a separation forward wheels from the earth only with a speed no more than 50 km/h (30 miles/ch) and not further than on 30 km (18 miles). If the given conditions cannot be satisfied owing to any special circumstances, it is necessary to tow the car with a separation of forward wheels from the earth.

All-wheel drive models

It is supposed only two variants of towage all-wheel drive (AWD) models: without a separation of wheels from the earth, or with their full separation. Default of the given condition can lead to failure вязкостной муфты couplings.
